My favorite, F.A.V.O.R.I.T.E, by LK At the end when they are finally together and she is so terrified at showing herself but Mckenna's love is too unconditional to tolerate that! And the secondary romance is definitely a foil of the primary romance. As I reread it many times, the secondary romance springs more and more nuggets for me. Kleypas does demonstrate an example where the primary romance is not taken away from.

Hi! I so wanted to be at the live show but had to work :( this was my first Lisa Kleypas novel, and I loved it so much I went on a huge used book buying spree for a bunch of her novels. I'm just starting my historical romance era, and I'm loving it 🥰
I just started Again the Magic for the first time and didn’t have it finished for this so one so I will catch up on the reading and make it to the next one.
Have to say I loved Livia and Gideon's side story even more. But unless I am confused and I haven't read in sometime, I always wanted to know more about Livia's scandalous history.
