Had a great day working on my rustic Alaska off grid cabin in the forest. I was able to get 5 more logs added to the walls and got a few more logs peeled and ready for the next time I get a chance to work on it. Not much time before the snow flies! It was 26 degrees when I showed up at the work site this morning. I made a nice little fire to warm my hands up around during the morning. Building a log cabin is a physically demanding endeavor so staying warm isn't a problem but my fingers get cold and its nice to have a place to warm them up.
