Apparantly these kinds of jacks need oil. Its been 1 week and i cant find anything on how to lift up the jack. Extremely frustrating. This video is useless.
Super late on this but you’re supposed to open the release valve and jack it until some oil comes out then close the release valve. Took me forever too.

360 torin without attach between lever portion and plunger. Drill pressed a bailing wire hole across the circlip top circular groove and voila. But now I debate the rotation being transferred via the shaft to the shaft's o-ring. Part schematics are abysmal for repair DIY improvised solutions. A gentle plunging in place should extend it's new life with it's adopted owner. Me.
