@@ImPatrickStarl already bouta be on my 3rd paycheck now I just get pissed at the dumb shit they sometimes make us do like yesterday we was supposed to have lunch by 6 bc we had to reset and pull the the back room for next truck we probably didn’t eat until 8:30pm so expect dumb shit like that if u ever work at Walmart it’s usually dumb ass workers that cause these dumb situations
I just got hired for overnight associate at Wal-Mart. I got sick of working Afternoon shift at my current job, 3:30pm-12:00am I literally have no life and time for myself. I'm working late on a Friday's, so I can't go out and enjoy Friday's because I have to work Afternoon shift. That's why I'm leaving and I'm taking the overnight associate job at Wal-Mart, I don't care if I make a couple bucks less than what I was making.
They will bite you if you have a pulse so don't worry lol too many quit, we've had ppl work until lunch never to be see again. They have a point system that is ridiculous. 5 pts your fired. Some get away with it but most don't depends on how long you've been there and how much your valued. I had 5 they never fired me they actually went in and took a cpl pts off lol after 6 months a point drops off. If you miss a key event day it's 2 pts.
My friend told me his place was hiring ON stocking position I applied and 2hrs later got a text and a email saying YOU HAVE A JOB OFFER not in all caps but ya know. @@whatweshouldknow5648
How long did it take for your orientation to begin? My profile on the app just says Orientation "Coming Soon" and I haven't heard anything else in 2 weeks yet
If it shows coming soon,it’s like your background check processing. The fact that it’s been 2 weeks might indicate your people lead possibly on vacation.
@@ThomasAce cool thank you, are they pretty easy going with the schedule, because this is only going to be a part time job I already have a full time job, so I'm hoping to do like a 12pm -4pm and get about 16-20hrs a week, I was hired for the meat and produce department, not sure if your familiar how they operate?
