100% agreed on that classroom pot! I'm happy to contribute if I'm able but don't take my babies stuff! I would definitely keep a good set at home so they've still got stuff to work with when all the classroom pot stuff is torn up, used up, chewed up, and spit up!
I'm seriously thinking about gift cards to either Amazon or Walmart. For classroom essentials. We haven't even started discussing the wipes and sanitizing items. But they are going to need a load!!
As a former Educator, I would be upset if my students had to share EVERYTHING that their parents bought for THEM‼️ I wouldn't care what the Board said. I'd use the money given by the Board or MY OWN MONEY, which we had/have to do anyway, to purchase items for those who couldn't afford. Sooo glad I no longer have to follow their rules‼️😒
I’m not sure how it is everywhere but here in Central Texas the Salvation Army typically provides a lot of free school supplies. So if you’re worried about how expensive the supplies are you might consider checking your local Salvation Army.
When my babies were smaller, we would hit up the back to school events!! Those are great events! The community usually puts forth a great effort in getting everything that is needed. They have become sophisticated nowadays with haircut, name brand clothes, shoes, etc.. Some communities truly make a difference for a lot of people!!!
Hi great walkthrough really enjoyed browsing with you i agree with what you were saying about the school supplies you can nice cookware like the cardigans for autumn thanks for sharing
Such a helpful video thank you for reviewing the back to school supplies along with the prices. I have to get over to Walmart for school and organization items.
From my experience when my girls were small, they'd get a generic school supply list, I'd go buy everything on that list then school would start and the teacher would want different stuff. Then one year the teacher wanted to do the community supplies thing and I didn't like it. If I buy my child Crayola and when she needs to use crayons in class she gets stuck using Dollar Tree crayons that don't work great, I don't think that's right! I started writing her name all over everything!
