What a beautiful warm and inviting country kitchen you and your husband have created, Scottish Fairy. So homely and characterful. I have just the same taste and love Laura Ashley too 💖. Have you seen deVOL kitchens? Heavenly ⭐️⭐️⭐️. A friend and I were having a friendly disagreement on this subject recently. She prefers minimalist, clean lines & stainless steel type kitchens. I tease her that they look cold, clinical & more suitable for a morgue and a pathologist rather than a cook. She gives back & calls me twee 😂. I love cosy homes that look like they've evolved over time & have a story to tell. There's room for all tastes, of course & makes life more interesting. Hello Scottish Fairy. I am a huge Laura Ashley fan. I have lots of her items throughout my home. I've just made a large order for new curtains for my entire home. I got the pussy willow design in hedgerow colourway. I got the last lot! Laura Ashley never dates. It's high quality. We don't have any stores in Australia anymore. I really miss them. Apparently they have relaunched through Next brand in UK. Have a lovely week 💐💖

The kitchen is the 'heart of the home'....the colors are so lovely and calming. Yes, I love Laura Ashley as well as the beautiful magazine 'Victoria' and keep all the copies to look at again and again. I have moved several times and each time have painted and renewed the home we are in. We paint the walls with love and cover the tables and chairs with joyful colors. Your cottage home is so lovely and cozy. Strange question, do folks/landowners in Scotland look more favorably on people walking on their land as compared to here in the US? Here it is frowned upon unless you get permission or know the landowner. I’m just curious. Seems more welcoming there in that regard. Or perhaps it’s public land where you go?
