I saw that a incision had been made in the bubble close to the card back, but between using my phone's camera, and my shakey hands it wasn't really clear in the video, sorry about that and I'll try to report a little better in the future, have a great day, and a great new year
The AngryTrooper ah I see...well that’s a shame - I don’t see any honor in thief even if you leave something else behind instead...thanks for the report, again!
Interesting store report! How much is the TIE Fighter at Walmart at the moment? Are you sure the Range Trooper was stolen? The VC cardback didn’t look damaged at all and I don’t know how to get out the figure without either cutting the blister or ripping it off. Trust me I tried to even melt the glue with heat because I like to keep the cardbacks. I decided to cut the blister like many other collectors do. If this card wasn’t damaged at all, I suppose what you found there on the pack was a production error. This still happens once in a while. Even POTF figures were found on some cards 5-6 yers ago. Theft on TBS6 figures unfortunately seems more common since one can open the box without necessarily breaking it. Those empty LEGO shelves are crazy though. There was a retailer that offered 3 for 2 on LEGO and playmobil here in Germany after Christmas. I hope for Hasbro nerf is still running well because sales numbers for Star Wars seem to have dramatically declined last year...
The TIE Fighter is currently $80 at Walmart, pretty steep but it is Vintage Collection, At first I thought it was a production error too but the bubble was cut close to the card, unfortunately I was using my phone and the quality of my phone's camera and shakey hands didn't really help to give the best look at this. Unfortunately I don't know how he didn't damage the actual card, I'd like to though as like you I like to keep the card backs. That Lego deal sounded nuts though, great deals. Thanks for commenting and have a great day
The AngryTrooper thanks for your reply! Well, it’s a shame then - the card and blister of the Range Trooper seemed to be in excellent condition. Now, you get an incomplete ARC Trooper from 2003, instead. Doesn’t look like the thief did this the first time. Yes, the deal was great! If you bought three different sets, you got the cheapest set for free no matter which ones you picked!
