Rachel, This one is to thank you for all your help during my process of moving to Walnut Creek CA, with the help of your videos, comments, emails, and meetings I was able to understand a little better the whole process of renting an apartment here. WC has everything we need at the moment. We love EVERYTHING here. All the great restaurants, and bars, broadway plaza, the farmer market, library, civic park, the iron horse trail and more!

I am very aware non white people like clean neighborhoods. I’m half white too and half Filipino. Raised by a 101st airborn soldier that taught me what military clean meant. Both cities are good and all colors too. Trust me I’m second generation born in America and I know what it’s like to live with family to NOT be homeless and on the street and on top of THAT I lost my mom at 5 and dad at 17 so again I know what hard times are. It’s never about white or colored it’s about preference and perseverance. I appreciate the comment and I hope you can appreciate that I do these videos for people of ALL COLOR AND PREFERENCE, so they can choose where THEY want to live and what is RIGHT and GOOD for their families.

@@RelocatingToTheSFBayArea You really don't have to prove anything about your past. It really has nothing to do with your segregated comments. More like "Really!?" That's how you sell an area in 2022? If one were to say a filipino area is dirty and have a lot of homeless but another area is nice, clean and "white friendly" you have no objection to that? Just state that it's a clean area. You don't have to compare/imply races to make that observation.

I appreciate your apology and gratitude. I do apologize if you felt segregated, that was not my intent at all. Both downtowns are great and I enjoy all of them for different reasons. My preference is to WC solely because I have a kiddo that requires parks and play structures to exhaust him, LOL. In WC it's all walkable - which makes it a lot easier on me, which is really why I like it best. Thank you again for your commentary it helps me to make better videos to help those needing more info before they move. ♥😊
