Ever dreamed about living right within Disney World? Walt Disney's Golden Oak is where some of the most incredible homes in all of Florida are built. Many of the homes built by JRW in Golden Oak feature special touches of Disney right within each home.

Kenna Parker my mom was talking about moving there because were being evicted from our home in Storey Lake (lucky us....) and my mom saw Golden Oak and shes been saying how affordable the places are and I’m like GURL I KNOW YOU DONT GOT THAT MUCH MONEY!!!!

I would want the house just for the backyard. It is so well balanced and spacious. The 2.5 million models are jammed on tiny lots. This is not a huge lot but it fits the house.

What a dream... To actually live in Disney World in such a beautiful home, from the videos ive seen it seems all the people that live there are very kind and wonderful family people. I dont care if its overpriced! I would pay it if I could just to live in a paradise, fantasy setting with beautiful weather and wonderful people. what more could one ask for.

Two things: 3 Years ago, I wanted to buy the house next door (to the right as yo face the front of the house). I could not afford it, but my wife and I went to see the Golden Oak Realty folks about it. It had been sold the week before we got there. The second thing isit was the last one in that neighborhood built by J Richard Watson. I saw some his smaller homes there and was very impressed overall. I still want a JRW home there.

@@elise_c4405 The house was already built or still under construction when they saw it. I had the opportunity to see it during construction and I can tell you this house is the crown of the entire subdivision. Although you can see the house here in the video, you have to be there to realize the dimension of the rooms and how big actually is. It is the most coherent floorplan in the neighborhood though, with formal and also open concept areas, most of other homes are open concept with odd spaces. I wish they used subtle coastal colors (blues, greens and grays) for the interior instead of continuing the white from the exterior.
