ADR day is always stressful, could feel the pressure from Pete, nothing worse than not getting what you want. Love that the second time round pete was like “anni can hopefully do it” 😂 as he didn’t need the stress. But glad you managed to get it & you probes won’t even notice how late it is, just have a extra quick service in the day & you will be ready for Ohana later on. Not long now ✨

Thanks for watching! Unnecessarily stressful in my opinion, it’s a pain really! Pete had to do second time round too as I was also very busy that day, but nothing he could have done differently unfortunately. We’ll have to see! I’d like to try and bring it forward if we can, if not, we may just have to hope for the best ☺️

Poor Pete. Phil would probably crumble under the pressure. 🤣 it’s a bummer that the adrs are so hard to get. I’ve never eaten at ohana but would love to try it.

Thanks for watching! Haha, I was impressed with how well he handled it but it’s a shame he wasn’t particularly successful. Hopefully we will actually get to eat at Ohana on this trip and let you know what we think ☺️

Gosh I remember how stressful it was. I wanted to change a dining reservation for another day recently and again I was so stressed but after about 20 attempts I was able to get it all sorted. It is a very stressful process.

Why do Disney make everything so stressful....I'm so happy you managed to get some of your ADRs but its mad that at 60 days they're not all possible. our 60 day window is coming up next week & I'm stressing so much about it already....our first trip since 2019 & I want it to be very special as my dad originally paid for us to have a celebratory dinner at Ohana ( he loved the look of it on vlogs etc) ....sadly dad passed 2 months ago so it's going to be a hard trip anyway but I really want to be able to book a Ohana dinner ❤ 🤞 I'm looking forward to food & wine too! so much to choose from. lots of love & I look forward to seeing your next vlog xxx

Thanks for watching! I’ve no idea why the process is so difficult, especially when Universal and others seem to make it much simpler and straightforward. Hopefully if you’ve got a 10+ night stay then you’ll be grand for your ADR’s - my tip would be to try to schedule Ohana towards the end as we’ve always had more success this way. That will be a lovely experience to raise a glass to your Dad, sorry to hear about your loss. Exciting that your trip is coming around so quickly though! Hope it’s magical for you all ✨✨ all our love x

I can remember a long ago you could only book 60 day out, without the first 10 day’s of your vacation. When Disney brought this out, personally I think it became more difficult to book your preferred dining location. We tried to book dinner at Be our Guest, we couldn’t get it, however I tried a few days later andI got it for our group. My daughter and her boyfriend went to Story book dining they said that it was lovely and would recommend it. My mum and I where to also go, unfortunately mum took ill and was in hospital for 2days. I’m looking forward to watching your upcoming vlogs.x

I keep checking back but nothing has appeared just yet so will keep trying leading up to the trip and see how we get on. Will have a look at Storybook Dining - thanks for the recommendation! We’re going for the second 2 weeks of September so I’m enjoying the content and I have two little boys so it’s very relatable for me. We have Hollywood and Vine booked, but for a dinner. Buffet looks good 👍🏻

Thanks for watching! Very stressful, which is a shame but hopefully you’re right and something will come up last minute! I don’t envy the chief planner with 10 of you! Maybe you could split into 2x groups of 5 to make it easier? We love the Landry Card! It’s $25 but you receive a $25 welcome reward to use, you also get $25 as a birthday reward and accrue points at select restaurants (Rainforest Cafe, Yak & Yeti, Bubba Gump’s etc.) and those points convert in to more $25 rewards. If you’re interested, let me know and I can send a referral where we both get an additional 100 points! It also means you don’t need a reservation for those restaurants ☺️
