South African artist from Cape Town who was a member of The Rockets before going solo, and subsequently starting his own group, Walter And The Beggars.
This song was released on 7" single in 1977. It's a cover of a song by Mac & Katie Kissoon from 1976.

Hi Neil, I found So Long Goodbye by Madeegha Anders, but I'm afraid I won't be able to upload it. The song appears on the album District Six - The Musical, written by David Kramer and Taliep Petersen, and David requested me some time ago not to upload any of his songs to my channel. I would prefer not to lose the 3,500+ videos on my channel due to strikes on only 3 of them. For this reason I keep clear of risky songs, and this one is high risk. Sorry!
