I’d say it was deeply rooted in him to become that way, and using his family as an excuse to do it was how he went about convincing himself he was justified in doing so. Nothing can forgive or excuse the things his ego brought him to do in the grand scheme of things
@@6023barath not ego the reality of the smartest person in the room living in a world that favors the dull and aggressive. He shifted his personality to the scope of the playing field nothing more. He was sick of having nothing while becoming nothing even to the people around him.

He didn't really bully him tbh. Most of what he said amounted to little more than light-hearted jokes that Walter took personally. Hank did genuinely care for Walter even if he didn't exactly have the highest opinion of him
"That's why they hire men". Though Hank said this out of fun but imagine how Walt must've felt, in front of his wife and his teen son. For 50 fcuking years he was treated in a same way despite being one of the smartest people out there. He deserved respect but always faced humiliation. No wonder why later in the show it was not about money, it's about the pride he earned for himself.

Walter really did transform into who he was meant to be. He hated the car wash and teaching. His true love was chemistry even if it was just cooking meth.
Imagine if he just cook for some renewable energy. I mean that's the best story but of course gonna be boring because no killing and stuff for the show😅.
No, if he hadn't suppressed his darker side throughout his entire life he could have integrated it in a healthy way and done good. Instead he was a pushover and then snapped and swung in the complete opposite direction.
@@ramashish7202show called breaking bad, if you don’t watch it, you will regret it (well you wouldn’t regret it because you would never see the glory of the show, but you get my point)
Walter is the epitome of every ordinary person out there. They all get talked down and treated without respect their whole lives that people get surprised when they stand up and rise in the rank to show their true selves. Every introvert feels that way.
I met Walter’s son (RJ Mitte) at Eddie World here in California. I was watching him pick out candy and I couldn’t help but think “why does he look so familiar…” then it hit me. He was so cool and friendly! He even took a picture whole holding my dog, it was awesome.
Yeah his transformation deserves at least that much. Lots of times where you get glimpses of Heisenberg and Walt both as the bald man w a goatee. He slowly becomes Heisenberg more and more as the show progresses
The scariest thing abt Walter is how relatable he is at the beginning getting kicked and tossed around everyone can relate to that and u feel bad abt it cause u don’t wanna relate and feel for a meth cook but we all do we understand that… or maybe I’m just crazy 😂
Any body watch Donnie brasco... " All my life I've tried to be the good guy, the guy in the white fucking hat. And for what? For nothing. I'm not becoming like them; I am them"
Its really fascinating to see what a man that has nothing to lose would do to provide for his family, and build a legacy for himself. Its crazy to think that someone so obscure in your life, like a teacher, or maybe someone you see everyday could have so much hidden from the public.
You never know what's happening behind closed doors, heck, you might not even know some of the grim secrets of family members. Hank certainly had lots of hints and evidence pointing towards Walt but he couldn't see it, his mind refused to see it. The ones closest to us, the ones we trust the most can betray us in the worst way possible.
@@SlebanDogux it was the reason he even began with it. And even in later Episodes he mentioned that all the money is for his family when he is dead. He never wanted the money for himself, of course he also wanted to get the money he lost from leaving Grey Matter Technologies but in the first place it was always for his family. Or why do you think he wanted the family to stay together? Thats why its so tragic, the reason for which he started cooking meth was gone, the family was destroyed
Heisenberg is the Shadow that lurk inside all of us as Jung warned. Don't push a man into a corner and humiliate him.... when a man snap they become something completely different.
The most insane part about Walter was the fact that he only ever shot someone with his own hand very few times. Instead he manipulated, outsmarted, and simply did chemistry to kill all his victims.
@sekk Early in the series. I don't remember the episode number. Jesse and Walter trap another drug dealer in the basement with a bke lock around dude's neck. Walter really doesn't want to kill him. It's a good one. I don't want to spoil it.
This is why the show worked so well. It had a clear objective from the start. Walt was always moving toward a destination and it turned out to be a great and tragic character arc you couldn’t look away from
He did know, near the end of the show he was one of Americas most wanted, everyone knew, they just didn't show it but he was probably like "shit Mr. White don't fuck around" 😂
@@10fourrubberduck99 That's like the cliche bullshit you see in media where a group of guys make fun of the other guy for having a girlfriend. It's just stupid and unrealistic.

It's incredible how Walter White goes from fishing out the money that was thrown into the pool to becoming absolutely careless on where he spends his money
I always thought he started out having cancer but then became the cancer. destroyed his whole family in the name of providing for them. I did love the fact that he admitted to Skylar it was about his ego and not the money for his family.
Good man? Bro he had an easy way to get money and health insurance, and force an apology from his former colleagues. The real demonstration of how much of an ego driven coward he always was is that he didn't take the offer from Grey Matter. He could've had 200k in the bank, legal or social compensation, but no.
