I absolutely love my PDP Pro but I opted for the 4.6 inch version, in FDE/black. The PDP Pro might have the best trigger , out of the box, than anything I’ve ever owned.
Thanks for your full explanatory objective unbiased review. I've been contemplating buying one. Couple of questions 1. Any issues with the threaded barrel cap coming loose? 2. Recoil? It's so light for the size Would appreciate your opinion Thanks
I put a rubber O ring on barrel and the thread protector stays on tight. I feel it does have slightly more recoil than other pistols, but not much more. It's a fine pistol and you shoot it well, then it's an excellent choice. Thanks for watching!
i can't stand this gun. Reason is because its soo good, i purchased two of them. UGH!!! Blasted Walther!!!! Great video bro. Love Love Love this gun. :)
Beautiful but does it come with plain barrel. I have no intention of spending 100's of clams for silencer AND Gov. silencer permit. That's 700 800 900 clams for compromised performance, lowered dB's, spring adjustment..... Love the trigger, mag well, colors 💥🎯🗽🗽☮️🇺🇲👍
It only comes with the threaded one. I don't run cans on 9mm so it will just have it's thread protector on it. It is pretty sweet, after a sight change anyway. Thanks for watching!
The PDP series is darn near perfection. I own Full Size 5", Compact 4" OD Green . My Full size is black. Guess ill be replacing it with a Pro SD in OD Green. 👍 Damn that threaded barrel 👎
Yeah, I know what you mean. I have a 3.5” F series, 4” compact, 4.5” full size, and 5” full size in green. I wondering if I need the 5.1” pro in flat dark earth 🤪.
Yeah, the tiny frame rails always weirded me out. it feels really smooth new in the shop, but I'm worried about how it'll feel after a few thousand rounds. Still really, REALLY want a compact 5" though, just wish they offered it in colors other than black.
I guess if the tiny rails were an issue, it probably would have showed itself by now. I have not heard of any issues with them, so i guess they are good to go. It’s a pretty sweet pistol. Thanks for watching!
@@videosilikemedina4872yea man u just ordered the Walther PDP Pro Compact and plan to switch the sights out. Also going to put a Holosun on and use as one of my concealed carry Some have complained on other channels say it's too much and why didn't it come with plates. To me this gun comes with a hella lot for the price. Those same people will buy a Glock and spend a thousand or more after paying 500 bucks.
Is the rumor about the dead trigger whwn slide is out of battery and then put into battery fixed? I heard it was fixed on the walthers that were manufactured in 2023.
DPM systems guide rod makes a noticeable difference on Walther PPQ/PDP. Very sweet pistol. Best looking PDP and prob best looking polymer striker fired pistol with the FDE frame, dynamic performance trigger, and threaded barrel. 🔥🔥🔥. And yeah, i like the sights that come on P99/PPQ, but I don’t like PDP front sight. It seemed to blend in with the target or something.
I'm thinking hard lol. I go through sportsman guide alot. And there supposed to get more in stock. The pdp pro is what I'm wanting. And right now Walter has a rebate where they give you a free ameriglo haven red dot. And there 360 dollars right now. So getting that red dot too if a hell of a deal. So I'm hoping they get in stock soon.
Lol I thought the same thing and bought one. This model doesn't qualify for the promotion. Go figure. Walther told me, sorry we were very clear in the fine print
I did the same thing and purchased the pro SD thinking i would get the red dot and was quickly informed no…… went back and bought a PDP compact in addition for carry (liked the triggers more than my H&K VP9). So i will put the holosight on the pro SD when it arrives…..l
