Waluigi for Smash Brothers - Moveset Idea

Waluigi's fanmade moveset designs really do just get better with time from all the references included from Smash Flash 2, Brawl Minus and of course marioking64DS.

Final Smash is "Waluigi Pinball" where he teleports you into a pinball machine based off the Mario Kart track. You look up and see a giant Waluigi looking down at you laughing. The camera cuts to Waluigi smacking the paddles, which pummel you and launch you out of the pinball machine.

This particular video was created in Blender! My vision for this moveset is in Project M! I’m continually updating it on my beta build!

I do prefer MKHT’s original Waluigi moveset more but yours is just as good, also I love how the animation looks like it came from Ultimate, great job, can’t wait to see more of this series!

The Pirhana plant would be awesome… but since it is already a character on its own, I think it would be confusing

That's the same as Super Smash Flash, if I recall correctly. I've never seen such a perfect version of Waluigi's moveset

I think it looks pretty cool! The only odd thing to me is the up throw where he slices the foe with his mustache. Is it a reference to something? Seems kind of out there, admittedly. (then again, Waluigi is no stranger to doing odd things, so maybe it actually fits, lol) How does the Dice Roll move work? That one I'm the most curious about.

Final Smash: "Waluigi Shuffle" - Waluigi runs offscreen, and then comes back IN FRONT OF THE GAME'S UI. He then proceeds to rearrange everyone's damage, giving himself the lowest percent (or the most HP in stamina battles). After that, he runs offscreen again and returns to the fight. Also, we already have a PLAYABLE Piranha Plant, so let me change Down Special too: Fake Item Box

Waluigi moveset Two hits and a kick Dash attack will be a swim attack Side smash: Tennis attack Up smash: golf attack Down special: kick them into the ground Grab foward: throw into the air Grab down: same as the down special Side speciel: drive a mario kart (just his brother do that) Up specail: it will be similar to the Wario up special First tuant: waluigi laugh Second tuant: a similar taunt form luigi Specail: tennis Final smash: he do the his mega strike from Mario strikers.

The presentation/ editing is phenomenal

This moveset for Waluigi works really well because he usually always uses the tennis racket, and the break dancing is really cool.

Damn this was really cool! Its a big ask but do you think you could make more videos like this or maybe even a series?

I Love it! For my feedback i was just thinking that the aerials (excluding D-air that's amazing) are a bit bland and basic and dont really feel like waluigi. Maybe up air could be one of waluigi's famous victory poses, where he lifts his leg up with the rose in his mouth, and maybe that up air if hit would do minimal damage but possible have a minor stunning effect if landed on a opponent. Oh and another thing, for the down special it feels a bit off to me, it seems to behave like a bigger C4 and that doesn't really work in my eyes. Maybe it could be something with his thorns ability from mario strikers. if you want to stick with the idea of using piranha plants, you could maybe have him plant down a strawberry (Mario party superstars ref) and after a while it grows and deal mass damage around it, maybe you could make it grow quicker and deal less damage.

Neutral b is really smart

amazing ideas. I really like it. Especially the B Special Up B Swimming especially is neat. However, I prefered your older version of the neutral B where Waluigi drops the tennis bawls when not hitting them. This way you can drop multiple tennis balls in a row and then hit them one after another after they bounce back up.

Personaly i think the only things to change are the up throw, the forward throw and the down b but everything else is perfect

Oh man,if Nintendo added Waluigi to Smash Bros,this would definitely be a awesome moveset,like,there are a lots of references,the tenis smash bc the first time that Waluigi appeared was in Mario Tennis,the dice roll,like,it could be that by each number there would be a item for each xd,the breakdance,that dance dance revolution of Mario where Waluigi is vilain XD,and a lot more of cool moves

I would honestly love to see this for some lesser known characters as well like Wizpig. (The Diddy Kong Racing villain) He honestly deserves a comeback for how silly he is.

I HAVE THE BEST IDEA FORA FINAL SMASH *Side Special: Waterbending Swim *Up Special: Basketball Hoop Slam *Neutral Special: Tennis Ball *Down Special: Soccer/Hockey/Golf (Undecided) *Grab + Throw: Baseball Glove + Pitch *Final Smash: Waluigi’s Pinball The setting switches to a Pinball machine and all opponents automatically go in for ~10 seconds. Press A/L/ZL and B/R/ZR to control the arms and knock the opponents dealing damage. If they’re at a high enough percent they can get knocked to the hole at the top of the machine and get KO’d, but if you miss the arm and they fall down the hole at the bottom they escape and you can’t attack them more.

This being a series would do wonders, showcasing movesets in high quality, recommend Raiden from Metal Gear Rising. Speaking of which, Bob do you want a Raiden psa and a Solidus psa for Smash Bros Legends? Fully unique Metal Gear characters instead of Big Boss who is nothing more than a Snake clone in all the builds he's in.
