Inflation, higher costs, poor job security, all that forces families to move. A house can get bought n sold numerous times in a short time. That's how the banks keep making money.
How is Harris going to pay for the $25,000 downpayments for 1st time home buyers? How is she going to pay $50,000 for all new businesses? You will have masses of people starting new business just to collect the $50,000 and then close their doors the next year. Supply and demand dictates prices. It takes money, time and materials to build housing. The massive influx of illegal immigrants during her administration created supply and demand issues for housing, food, schooling and medical services. How is she going to balance this supply and demand issue without deportation. She said her values have not changed. She is and has been for open borders. This is not sustainable. I understand why we are dealing with inflation. I remember when Biden came into office. When everyone was able to be vaccinated for free. I remember after that people felt free to go out and live again. I thought the debate was well done and civil. I don't think that it made a huge difference on who people are going to vote for but on the important and major issues Walz was the better person.
