I actually really like the infinity stone radiation theory. Using the blip to explain how so many mutants suddenly starts appearing out of nowhere. During the blip and unblip their x-genes activated. Maybe that's how Wanda got stronger in WandaVision.

Yeah thats what I thought the second I heard that Wanda Vision was going to be the beginning of the multiverse. It just makes so much sense. They seem to really be doing this storyline justice. Its a shame they did the Civil War storyline so early before there were enough established hero’s for it to really mean something and ruined the World War Hulk storyline by making Thor Ragnarok a joke but they can rectify that by doing the House of M and Secret Wars justice.

I’d like to imagine that their are mutants in the mcu that have been there forever but in a very small minority and then the snaps triggers the mutant gene in a larger amount of people launching mutants into the public eye.This way you can still have characters like wolverine and magneto but still explain why no one has heard of mutants.
