The mass. Nestor can jump class one wormholes, therefore you wont get cut out from the chains you create.It's also faster both on grid and at traveling compared to a Bhaalgorn(they are slow as fuck). As for the Legion it simply cant tank(it might when blinged to fuck, tho nestor will still do the job for a 700m price tag) or dps as much, even the neuting power is superior on the Nestor compared to a Legion with two or three(because you will need the other high slots for dps) medium neuts with the bonus from EPC subsytem.Remote rep bonus on the hull is a plus as well to keep the tackle Astero alive with only 1 large RR.
