Nah the wandering trades helps a lot I have a very big world (with low diverity of biomes) so everytime this guys come in he brings thing from new updates or items I simply cant get for example bamboo (I have travele 5k in every direction and get no jungle) i remember when he brought stalacmites (idk this rocky sticks) so I bought mike 6 and started a lava farm very fast

i found it incredibly funny how wandering traders go from underwhelming in normal worlds to absolutely broken powerhouses in limited worlds (aka skyblock/superflat/single biom)

And large biome worlds Different biomes are so far away that the wandering trader fulfills his purpose of giving you stuff from far away locations because the locations are actually for once further away than the emeralds

There's that one wandering trader that i found that trades 4 baked potatoes for one emerald and 3 emeralds for one fermented spider eye, one emerald for 8 acacia logs and 8 spruce logs Wait i enabled the villager trade rebalancing option on experimental so maybe it affected the wandering trader's trading system too thats why...

In the experimental villager changes they can sell you wheat seeds for 1 emerald (you only get one seed 😭).

Besides the leads you can get the llamas are also pretty useful pack animals for vanilla gameplay, especially if you're planning on travelling a lot You can either kill him or devise some elaborate scheme to seperate them far enough and make him drop the leads.
