Great review David. Your suggestions for future improvements are completely on point. Especially Wandrd’s use of Velcro on the roll top. So last century 😀. I personally would love to see a contrasting colour on the black bag such as grey or something bright. Overall though I think this bag is going to be a huge hit for Wandrd. Best. Mike
I got 2 Wandrd 21L V1 Wandrd 31 LV2 both are goog new version is fantastic I love it 31L Black I purchased in B&H THE small Lite is no for me to small for my gear but for everyone want to carryout less is fine, good video.
Thank you! Agreed the 31L def fits more but I didn’t personally find it to be a lot more space. I do need to test out more configurations in all honesty though
The little side pocket with the key lash is probably my favorite feature, I used that pocket a lot on my 31L, so I'm kind of bummed it's not on the lite, but that being said I ordered a lite and should have it soon, I really like the size for EDC the 31L was way too big
Great review! Thank you! I’m waiting and waiting for my own Prvke Lite to get here, but deliveries seem to be delayed. I guess there’s a lot of demand.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it It's a super popular bag right now and shipping constraints have also been an issue for everything, from everyone...You'll love it when you get it though!
@@DaveSam13 i never received it! B&H had some supply issues when i ordered it last year as i commented that, so i ended up canceling at the time. Still want it tho. Are you going to do a 1 year review? That would be great. I still want it in the green color.
Thanks! No, it’s doesn’t come with a waist strap but it does have the nylon loops necessary for you to attach the hip straps you can purchase from their website
Yours is the best review of this bag so far and it convinced me to buy it. A small bag for a woman! Now if only it will fit the Canon R6 MK11, it will be perfect. Would appreciate it if someone will let me know!
Thank you! Sorry it may not fit your camera though, I saw your other comment as well. If you head over to the Carryology channel there is a camera bag comparison that might be helpful
@@DaveSam13 I bought it and the light did not fit.Everything about the Lite is perfect except for the quick access window. It will not fit a MK6II. The width had it been 6.5 like the 21LTR would have been perfect. But the 21ltr is just way too big in size for a woman for casual carry. So still looking for the perfect camera bag! If you know of one with the same measurements, let me know that would fit amk6II! Thanks.
This looks like a good option for taking a camera around with a day's worth of other kit. Question: what is the longest telephoto-camera combination that will fit, and let you use the side camera access panel? Thanks for any info you can share.
Hmm I don’t have any really Long telephoto lenses but my a7iv + 24-105 fits pretty nicely with about an inch on the end. The harder part is the depth of a full frame camera or a larger lenses on the 11L imo
@@heidismerek4163 thanks, that is very useful! That lens looks to be 11.9 inches long, while my 300mm Zuiko fixed telephoto is just over 9 inches. The Sony a7r5 and my OM-1 will be about the same size; so this bag would accept my main wildlife set-up. That is VERY good to know.
Thanks for the review! Do you think it can hold a MeFoto tripod when I buy the extra straps? Also I would have liked to see it on your back when the roll top is all the way up just to see how it looks.
Thanks for watching! Yeah, with the straps attached on the outside (front or bottom) of the bag I'd say you can fit just about any tripod. I'll add some wearing of the bag to my newer videos. Appreciate the feedback!
no one else see any problem with the fact that the straps are attached to the back lid? the full weight of the bag is on the zipper. If this will fail, than you`ll end up in tears, gathering your gear from the ground...
Totally appreciate that as a concern. Honestly, after using the 31L heavily and now the 11L, packing both out to the max with gear, I’ve had zero concern. The zipper is super beefy and I don’t see it failing. If that is a major concern though there are plenty of other amazing camera backpacks from great companies that don’t have this concern (Boundary, Brevite, Black Ember)
Hey David! It doesn’t seem like it but was wondering if it comes with a rain cover stuffed in the bottom? Can’t find one for this size on the wandrd site. Thanks!
No rain cover on the 11L. Also no pocket for it on the bottom. I will say it’s very water resistant as it though. You’d only need the rain cover for a heavy downpour
Thanks! I don't have the 5D but based on what I'm seeing I would say yes. As for the Ronin s you'll likely need to put it in the water bottle pocket, but also yes it should fit.
@@DaveSam13 I had the A74, it is smaller than the Canon R6 MKll, thats why Im looking for another bag! So this is not good news as I was all set to get this bag!
It does not fit the R6mkII. 16" MacBook Pro was a tight squeeze but when you closed the lid it was just too small with it pressing on the camera. The 21 is the one to get.
