someone sold it 75 Cad from Marketplace. I was at his front door within the hour and bought the bag he barely used. What a steal, I think this bag will last a very very very long time. This is perfectly paired with my PD tech kit as they are both made of the same material and zipper(laptop sleeve).
Tech Kit?! Just tried in a local store, the back section cannot fit any Bellroy Tech pouch…😢 In deed the previous version is much better in terms of space for small items
Hello Dave, Thanks very much for the video mate! I just wanted to point that the Bellroy Backpack Plus is 22 liters not 24... Otherwise, I was looking for a comparison between the 1st edition and the 2nd edition of this backpack; and your video was pretty informative regarding this 2nd edition (even though I would have appreciated a side to side comparison between the 2 editions...) but then again I do appreciate the video, so thanks! That colour is amazing. It actually looks too nice IMO. I'm travelling to Colombia, and I think the bag looks so good that it would draw attention. For that reason, I got the navy blue one. The material isn't as nice, and it doesn't look nearly as good, but at least to me it look like a regular bag. It's actually when I look inside the bag when I realize how nice of a bag it is. The interior looks so good and it has all the right pockets. The only thing I think they can even add to this bag to make it better is a divider similar to the 10L for camera gear, but then it wouldn't have the ability the shrink as easily. One concern I had was that you can easily unbuckle it and if someone knows that, they can easily unbuckle and try to steal it. But I realized most people would have never seen this bag before, and if you wear it in the front, it would be hard to unbuckle without noticing. I also bought a Pacsafe sling since it has the ability to lock to things, but the pocket organization, material, and function is no where near as good as it is on the Bellroy.
Black Ember doesn’t have very good customer service. I ordered one and saw the pictures include 2 handles so when I received it and it had one handle, I contacted the company. They acknowledged that it was a mistake in the picture and updated the picture but all they would do to fix the issue was offer 25% off the extra handle which is effectively $5 off. Shipping and customs will cost more than they are offering. Sad about the service but hopefully the product will be good.
The little side pocket with the key lash is probably my favorite feature, I used that pocket a lot on my 31L, so I'm kind of bummed it's not on the lite, but that being said I ordered a lite and should have it soon, I really like the size for EDC the 31L was way too big

I OWN A BELROY VENTURE SLING 9Lt.I love it took it on a trip Vancouver Canada to Iceland also to Greenland Norway England 🇫🇷 and back to Canada it did the job.Better than a backpack. great job Bellroy👏👏👏👏👏🇨🇦
Hey thank you for your great review! One quick question, I have the classic bellroy sling and I like the capacity it has but hate the limited access through the small zipper it offers for the main compartment, find the compression system too aggressive and find organization is not enough. I find this option a good one, however I worry the look could be compromised by its massive size, how does it compare to the classic one when it comes to look and external size. I know there is a 6L version but do not want to have less capacity than I have now with the classic sling. Thank you
