can someone explain LSD backhand technique? how can he produce so much power? when i look at it closer i can see that his swing and racket head moves to right after hitting the ball..also i would say hits the ball more directly with the upper side of the racket...there is also something strong about how he uses his elbow i think... Would be nice if some experts here can share their thoughts...
if you look at 1:02-1:04 in slow mo he has really nice feel and reactions so he's able to get close to the table, whip his wrist, and time the ball really well. I believe it's not just power, but it's hard to read because he has this super great backhand but it's not as showy as LYJ, Harimoto, or even Jorgic. It's very tight and he whips it.
