This video takes you through a deep dive of Wangi Power Station. From the bottom all the way to the TOP of the emission stack. This 12,000 square-metre building held the title for the largest power station in New South Wales for several years. It took 11 years to build it which was from 1949-1960. In the late 1950s Wangi Power Station played a big part with helping with blackouts and power shortages all across New South Wales.The building was decommissioned in 1986 and has been abandoned since.
