Onestly, I've known this story for something like a year and a half and I still can't get over these two. The drama made fall in love, the novel destroyed me (and yeah considering I reread it at least once a month I might be considered a bit of a masochist but NOT THAT MUCH), the audio drama made me dream, the manhua is still ongoing but still so good and two days ago, while I was watching this episode, I burst into tears like the first time I saw them happy and together. I owe so much to all the characters and this story will always be a part of me.

Perfect song for them. I want to cry for Lan zhan, He waited for 13 years, play Guqin to call Wei ying's soul to comeback and teach his adopted son to play guqin too so if sizhui remember everything he can help his Dad to call his other dad's soul to comeback for them. This is my most favorite Donghua/anime. Mo dao zu shi is 💖💖💖 The wait is over for Lan zhan. Wei ying is back! Thanks to Nie Huasiang he influenced Mo xuanyu to sacrifice his body for Wei ying even if it is by force. There is a happy ending for both of them that Wei ying and Lan zhan really deserve.

These two are the only ones i have trouble rewatching as it’s a hellscape of heartbreak and sadness for so much of the story, but I love them.

Lan Zhan has been waiting a long time for Wei Wuxian to come back, I only realized this just yesterday after watching the series and the live action series as well as the manhua, after Wei Wuxian reawakens in another person's body (who looks exactly like him) and a few episodes/chapters after it starts telling a completely different story to what it showed in the beginning was because the author and director were trying to show the audience the past of Wei Wuxian and Lan Zhan. I'm such an idiot for only realizing this just yesterday when I started watching/reading this series a couple of years ago, I can't believe how slow I am sometimes🤦🤦😑.

I read the novel, saw the live action, and am reading the manhua. The cartoon didn't really call to me, but I will say that the tale of Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji is the most heartfelt love story I have ever read.

This Story stays in my heart forever. I cant seem to forget it. And every time I re read or rewatch I still felt the emotions I felt when first encountered it. Mdzs is my all time fav I- 🤚😔💕💕💕💕❤

this song fits just amazing with the whole background, specially the woman's part with LWJ pov. Like he really waited for WWX 13 years and in the time that he was "alone" he never gave up, forgot or stoped loving him [if u have read the 13 letters the he wrote u know just how deep and strong his feelings are].

Every time I see videos like this, I feel like reading the novel again. But then I remember how sad it is and I dont think my heart can take another round. So many good people dying.. the fact Wei Wuxian never got the chance to become closer to his brother again.. ai 😭😭😭 The only hapiness is the couple's ending tbh. Even the Xue Yang arc, which is supposed to be the villan and we should be happy when he's fucked.. bro I cried my heart out. This novel is beautifully depressing.

Uno constantemente quiere regresar al mundo de "The untamed", recorrer sus lugares, vivir la magia y ser amigo de los personajes. No creo que otro protagonista pueda superar a Wei, si lo piensas no tuvo un gran progreso como personaje: comienza infantil, curioso e inteligente, a pesar de todo lo que pierde a lo largo de la historia no se deshace de ese toque de su personalidad, a lo sumo es más cuidadoso y más dependiente de Lan Zhan, e igualmente consigue conquistar porque Wei es del tipo que lucha por sus valores, por lo que cree, por lo que siente y es lo moralmente correcto. Cuando Wei mira atrás y se pregunta ¿Ha valido la pena perder a toda mi familia y tener el repudio de todos por nada? Lan Zhan, su pequeño hijo adoptado y el general fantasma son la respuesta... Ha conseguido salvar tres vidas, mismas que posteriormente lo salvan a él. Puedes pensar en que Wei cometió errores por ser joven e imprudente (y sí) pero él y Lan Zhan nacieron para estar juntos y a su manera, con tropiezos y sufriendo las consecuencias de sus acciones, decidieron pelear por la vida y por lo que todos creímos debía hacerse pero nadie se atrevería a hacerlo.
