It's always so nice to hear dispatch handle the situation with empathy, professionalism, and a calm and collected demeanor. I have heard so many dispatchers become annoyed and impatient and even rude to people who are going through an extremely traumatizing and stressful event. I understand that sometimes they have to get information and the person on the other line is not cooperating, but snapping on someone is not going to help the person calm down and have the ability to answer any questions. Sometimes they won't be able to at all regardless of the demeanor of the dispatcher, but having someone yell at you while you're desperately trying to get help for someone you love who is dying or seriously injured is just going to compound the anxiety and panic they are experiencing. A very integral part of doing that job is to keep calm under stressful circumstances, and often provide some comfort and assurances that they are doing everything they can, and the best way the caller can help is to take a deep breath and provide as much information as possible to help the responding agencies do their job as efficiently as possible.

I love my husband so much the thought of it I would do anything to save his life before the paramedics arrive I don’t care how disturbing the sight would be. I wouldn’t let him die with me behind the door.

I know she had Lupus, but the fact that Lisa wasn't sleeping in the same room, the pillow over the victim's face, allowing the son to be a passive part and call 911, it's hardly "scientific", but it would draw my attention towards her. I'm surprised a person enters the home, goes directly to the room of the victim, kills him, exits directly without harming anyone else or stealing anything, shoots the victim in the head after covering the head with a pillow and nothing was said about it most likely being done by someone known to them. The pillow wasn't used to try and muffle the noise - the only other reason I could think of other than a personal connection, is perhaps to lessen/stop any blood etc getting on the shooter.

What a mastermind. Have someone murder a man who's son also knows and make sure that son is home to see the getaway car that is the only one of for 1000 sq miles. Just brilliant

2:05 Ik the wife did it. When the first responder asked "Who broke into your house?" she said what sounded like Terrence. Then she paused realizing what she did, stumbled and said, "uh hello?" As if she didnt hear the questuon she had just answered to. She responded to the question again by saying, "idk who broke into my house! But i think my husband is dead.... *fake cries*. Immediately stops crying and says her name as clear as day. When asked how old she was, she said 13. Misleading the responder to believe that she was the child and that the crying was her in the background. Plus, you just so happened to be sleep downstairs with your son the night someone breaks in, runs directly to your room, shoots your husband, and runs straight out? Gtf outta here 😂
