Interesting it was that early. Ive read that 90 up got it, but half 89s would or could have it.

With EgoBruise Im likely doing something digital, it makes sense on Coyote / modern engine swaps. I like "personally" in my 86 turbo car to keep some nostalgia in it, I want to see and feel like 86. For the 79 modern digital gauges just makes sense and uses the OBDII port versus all the sensors and wires etc.

Yes they came with 140's. You can still find these speedos and its a direct swap. This video is about using your existing speedo and having it recalibrated and refaced for 140, from the same guy that used to work for Saleen and make these calibrations.

Man, I coundnt be happier. Its perfect. Its fast, its safe, it start great, idles great...AC idle up works. BlackFox EFI Tuning (Steve VanOrder) is "the" guy IMO. There are a lot a good tuners here in DFW that can help get you running on started, but I'd just pay for his tune. Then you wont regret MS. I was able to tinker in it to get it running well, and not kill it, but hes on a different level, especially when running boost. I have a video on using him and remote tuning...his contact info is there.

Your 100% correct. In fact these cars likely dont rest RIGHT ON the mark, could be slightly below. Easily corrected. I noticed though once cruising we we're good the GPS app was slow to respond, showing 9mpg when we were in fact at a stop lol. CARDBOARD! lol Yes, man I wanted to make a video on this for years. I might make one still...I only use them in the hottest months july and august here in tex. On the back side against the glass in Reflex. Blocks almost all the sun, and lets my AC actually feel cold lol. If I was rich I'd get it all ceramic coated. The cardboard is actually a headliner, in my video when I made the headliner for the T-Top car, I used a non-T-top one and cut the openings for mine. The cardboard left I trimmed for a T-Top "cap" and planned to cover it make it look seamless.

Its actually headliner cardboard. I made my headliner out of a non-t-top car. Cut the holes (video on that) and saved the cutouts for this, for super hot days. Its 105+ here. I have reflex on the top side, and plan to use headliner material on the under side. Keeps heat inside down a ton, helps the AC work

IDK if I mentioned ion the video, because I wanted the gauges to match my LRM overlays, when I sent the gauge to them, I sent the LMR 140 overlay. I'm picky and wanted all gauges to match 100% Im not certain what their "sticker" looks like since I sent the LRM one in, but I'm sure its likely closer to OE than LMR's.

Yessir! I said it pretty quick, but was said, they can replace the white structural piece, if it has broken tabs, replace other non working gauges, like the ammeter (voltage regulator) , the clear plastic cover etc...can fully restore it.

How is that? It literally says in the title and on the thumbnail EXACTLY what the video is about. Lets break it down for you. "Want a 140mph Speedometer for your foxbody?" - This is grab people who might be looking to up their top speed on the speedometer. Okay so thats exactly who this is for. Second, the thumbnail says 2 things "Foxbody owner needs to know this" Because I feel like other need to know this, its not something that is widely known in the foxbody community. AND here is the part that is most factual "recalibrate your 85mph speedo to 140mph". Unlike other youTubers that do car content and lure you in with crazy titles and thumbnails mine has stayed 100% accurate to what the video is about. So please sir do explain how this is "misleading"

Good point Chuck, I did say "re-Zero it" lol. I think this would be for a ground up restore, different motor everything..but have to report the vehicle as NOT ACTUAL MAILES. I wouldn't recommend it, I sure DO NOT condone or recommend it, especially here in Texas. Other states, and Florida for that matter could have different laws, I dont know...But I think it could be a federal thing too. I think you're legally obligated to report the vehicle as "not actual miles" if you know its been swapped or stopped working. What I suspect their service really is for, is for speedometer replacement or NEW ones, and their service can MATCH your miles which is legal.
