I can't just "drink water when I'm thirsty" bc that could be anywhere from every half an hour to every 3 days. I often go entire days without drinking water, I drink other things, just not water lmao... I'm gonna go drink some water now 😂

I do notice a difference in my energy when I'm hydrated tho 👌 just wish I didn't need the toilet all the dang time 😭
