Please kindly advise on this situation: A white American harassing, violently threatening, and racially profiling a Black International Student in a shared apartment, and when the Black International Student reports to the apartment's authorities / management, the apartment's authorities / management ignores the Black International Student. On reporting to the Police, the Police Officers cautions the White American, and advice the Black International Student to immediately vacate the apartment because of the safety of the Black International Student's life. Then the apartment's authorities / management starts tormenting the Black International Student with ridiculous bills simply because the Black International Student heed to the advice of the Police and ran for the safety of his life. Please, what should the Black International Student do after reporting the case to the area's Housing organization that hears cases of harassments, threats, and racial profiling? Please note: The area's Housing organization is in support of the Black International Student, but the apartment's authorities / management reported the Black International Student for failing to pay the outrageous bills, and the apartment's authorities / management deny the harassments, threat to life, and racial profiling, saying they were jokes.

No it's not a drawback if you prove your mother's income or savings is sufficient for your complete duration of course

My aprents annual income is about 11 to 10 lakh moreover, my father have savings in cash. so total income can reach to 15 to 13 lakh. Income is not fixed plus I took education loan of 40,00,000 which cover my 2 year tuition fees and living expanse. My main source is loan. so If I say to VO that my parents annual income is 15 to 13 lakh and I also have educational loan of 40 lakh...will it be enough?

@@vijaydubey3568 Hi Vijay, the visa officers do not ask for any proof of personal savings for fully funded PhD students, but do take a bank letter just in case they ask for any.

A US sponsor might raise several additional questions like the state of the sponsor in the US, their relationship with you, etc. So this would be tricky. Hello shachi ma'am In 2019 I have applied for F1 visa, I attended VAC but didn't attend consular appointment because my college started and they refused to provide me late arrival letter, now again I m applying for F1. My appointment is on 11th and 12th July. Will VO come to know about my previous application status as I was not refused as I didn't attend appointment. Also in the appointment is now in Delhi and my ds 160 form its of mumbai, so will this matter? Thank you

You have to apply for tourist visa which will be valid for 10 years.. it's not easy to get the visa slot for it though!!

The embassy doesn't have any idea regarding bank details they go on what your words are.. they are trained in observation .. show good savings and you are good to go
