Also your opinion on working for the wholly owned regional if you want the direct major is 100% correct in my opinion. Those flow programs come off as a scam and a great way to lose seniority. It makes alot of sense why Delta would delay An Endeavor pilot from coming to delta when they can hire an Envoy pilot instead and keep both companies staffed.

Awesome video. Im a new UH60 Blackhawk pilot in the Army. I love flying Hawks and Lakotas but the end goal is the airlines. My journey will be very different from most but you still provided some great info. Looking forward to more of your content.

One question: you said don't fly at a regional that is connected to an airline you eventually want to work at; does that apply to Republic as well? They fly for all 3 of the majors

Hey I enjoy your videos. I was curious of the speeding ticket background question? In my past I’ve had some but in recent years and upcoming years I haven’t had any how prone are they to look into this for airlines and how many years back would they typically check into ? I haven’t started flight school yet but I’m just thinking ahead and hopefully soon to start flight school to work potentially at airlines in upcoming years. Thanks !
