one thing i learned from alot of my games recently is that i need to spend more time thinking before every move, my rating recently went down by about 100 points in a few days and im bringing it back up now because i was making blunders often but i would end 15/10 games with as much as 10 minutes left on my clock, i ended a losing streak when i started realizing that when things are getting complicated i shouldnt be afraid to spend 2 minutes analyzing a move, especially when theres an increment so i wont really run out of time in an endgame
