@@tsudokinaohara1607 Ah yeah only buffs xd he has been getting nerfed every patch, patch 9.5 (season 9 I believe) was his last buff which was 3% more heal of his q. Everything else is just bug fixes. Which source did you take to state he is only getting buffed xD
