After doing some research, It's actually the deserved one. By the way, the one with the shades is Johnny RocketFingers and the pixel on is Eztoons. But I don't know who the other two is.

I did some research, and it turns out that the grey stickman is actually "The Deserved One"

I actually watch alan becker and realised "WOAH The Deserved One is a fan Character!?!?! Who could've guessed." It is probably victim but something had to have happened to him for his color to change to grey
