Sometimes he'll do pretty much the entire video, sometimes parts of it. As of lately, most of the text captions and tracking have been done by him on most of the videos since I've been really short on time this semester due to classes. The most recent war of rights and arma videos, he did all the text captions and tracking. The most recent star citizen video and sons of the forest video I did all of the captioning and tracking.
The references to Sharpe ["Mother! Save me Mother!"] and to Gettysburg [the 1993 film: General Js. Armistead's speech to his men, beginning with "Virginians! Virginians!" and ending with "For old Virginia!"] seem quite apropos
I'm impressed you manged to get that much footage with no noticeable edgy Boi racism, no one blasting free bird, or having "child snatcher" doing his "bring me the child" bit or "Front Loader" screaming orders like a chain smoking alcoholic...
So I love both games, they are both great! War of Rights though is if you want a pretty realistic mil sim game of the American civil war, everything feels super realistic and the movement is super clunky. And as a solider you truly feel insignificant, it is very hard to kill more than 1 person in melee and with the rifles. And you don't even get a hit-marker or an indication when you get a kill. However with Holdfast, it's still fairly realistic but the feel and controls of the game are a lot more arcadey, it's actually possible to bayonet multiple people, and the aim and shooting is a lot less clunky and is easier, and you are told when you get a hit with a hit-marker and told when you get a kill. Like I said I think both games are great, it's just a matter of preference! 😄
Not gonna lie, most of my experience with this game two years ago was of being endlessly belted with racial and anti-Semitic slurs, but this video means that I'll give it a second chance. Glorious content.
Sorry to hear that and thanks! Just a fair warning, this was a private event, which are more moderated so that's why you don't see any of those really bad things. I would really recommend the private events though, they can be a much better and cleaner experience. But also if you play the union on the public servers, they tend to be a lot better than the CSA side.
