I don't care what the event is, we have laws as in if you don't abid by them things will happen. He just didn't fill out the proper paperwork correctly, he didn't do the same thing last year. So tell me, who has the real 'agenda' here? I really don't think it's the Mayor.
Newsome just wanted to try and show some muscle by being able to carry on without a permit, and he failed big time. The agenda of people like this is to establish dominance and override anyone else with a little bit of authority just like they try and do with Leo.

A high percentage of some people are failing themselves ,their communities and country and are less than honorable teaching that they are less privileged which is no longer an excuse but a sad reality of playing victim getting government money not paying taxes and using as many taxpayers resources that are available. Not counting the percentage of criminal activity . Stop your whining and start holding yourselves to a higher standard have some respect as a human being

They're just showing the flaws in their movement.. How does not getting the proper permits equate to a personal vendetta? All I am seeing is someone that thinks they're above the law and getting called on it. Guy had all year since the last event to file for a permit for this one...
He only remembers to do his "job" and look like he cares the week of. The other 51 weeks of the year he probably spends on vacation until he realizes it's June, then files for a permit 2 days before lol
As a Black American living in NY, I'm really tired of this drama. I've been embarrassed countless times when my Asian friends and friends visiting from Europe were harassed and attacked on the NY subway. So many of my friends at Columbia University have been robbed in Harlem. They're just students, tourists, and regular people trying to enjoy this city without any issues. Yet, I see my community continuously causing trouble for them, and I feel ashamed
Lack of consistency. The city is filled with undocumented people doing whatever and urban barbecues have been going on for years. He also needs reliable assistants, who should have applied on time. Very petty taking his car.
If anyone still takes him or BLM seriously anymore, they’re in space. The best part about this is that a Black mayor shut it down and denied their privilege 😂
