The Shooter already had his Intentions, He just Said something that made them React Towards him... Smh... With the Mask they just didn't Recognize it was Somebody they had Beef with already...
seems like the shooter came prepared for somthing like this and the guy who got shot looked like He wasnt exactly innocent either, look how he steps closer making himself 'big' as if to say "you got a problem?"/ or "what you got in those bags?"
Looks like they had a prior beef-this was possibly self defense. Like they had been harassing, assaulting, robbing this man before & he finally defended himself.

It seems like he was transporting in a bag of drugs or drug money when he turned the corner and saw two would be robbers, whom he obviously recognized. That’s why he immediately showed the fight or flight response. He was at first going to run but then decided to fight. The victims were probably going to take his bag from him. The victims started to move towards the shooter until he brandished his weapon. Luckily, the shooter had his gun that day. Otherwise, he could have been robbed and killed. I believe a self defense argument can be made here.
You should look up Andrew Branca. He literally wrote the book on self defense. This is NOT self defense, especially if there was illegal drugs or money involved.

Legally its not self defense, look up the laws, it would only be self defense if the other two were trying to shoot him, throwing a punch or stepping up to someone is not deadly force, that shooter will be soon be in prison for the rest of his life.
