Honestly we're not any better for throwing men's uniforms on our women and sending them into combat. It might even be worse...it's certainly not better.
That last story shows the difference between men and women. The guy who said "Good!" was thinking she was handling it as a man. Defuse feeling, release pressure, compartmentalise and move on. She handled it as a woman who has literally EVERYTHING going on all the time! So she disassociated. The problem for male veterans in where we cannot close that box and it stays open along with "Home", "Family" etc. Most "therapy" uses the female approach "talk it out." rather than what we need which is "Get control of the box!" Yes we talk about things but, what we need above all is to get control of the box so we can function as men.
To everybody who likes to philosophize I suggest you put your own child in the place of the children who will suffer. And then, I guarantee you, you will not have any moral dilemmas
You attack a country for things it didn’t do plus you go and torture their woman and kids and now you have nightmares and you stole their belongings you will pay for it a day sooner or later 😊
This is a different culture. People should respect that. Earth is not US, thank God. So , according to you from 21st century, it is a normal thing to go and violate other countries , people , left peoe in poverty and ruins and go back safely to your homes. That is if you have a home , US is ... these days, all those homeless, drug addicts , mental problems , serial killers, school shootings, poor education ...
It's interesting that before Islamic conquests, Afghanistan was Zoroastrian, Buddhist and Hindu. They destroyed every single non Muslim temple or turned them into mosques. Taliban destroyed Buddhas of Bamiyan in 2001, and still kept selling tickets for tourists for years 😅 so they'd see the vacant spaces of what they destroyed - a centuries old construction that was part of Afghanistan's history. They erase history to claim they have some legitimacy. When they invaded, conquered the land and forced conversions by use of sword. Erasing the past is the only way to claim the legitimacy that they don't have.
Is she aware that she is a soldier holding weapons, invading another country either u ageee or disagree with the war, she and her soldeirs colleague are legtimate targets
She is not. They all think they have a god given right to barge into someone's life and destroy it. They were taking money and phones from people's houses. That is a robbery. What will those children eat? She didn't thought of that , not for one second.

Enormous crimes have been committed against humanity in Afghanistan....it could be like the white man went to the western hemisphere and enslaved and killed and exterminated them.....Only difference is that it is 21st century and humanity is a bit more aware about the rights of their fellow humans in Afghanistan.I myself am an Afghan and I know how the US did blunders in Afghanistan...US followed the script and strategies of the British Indian empire of the 18th century...when British fought and tried to occupy and colonise Afghanistan.....and that is one of rhe sole factors which made US did all blunders and human right violations in Afghanistan.....In Afghan society when it comes to the idea of a British thing every type of disdain and hate unconsciously come to the mind of an Afghan.CIGAR reports have highlighted such human rights violations....The west owe an apology to the Afghans and they have the human duty to help Afghans to be able to live with dignity and all human rights......
