I really like the look of the Panther. The Panther and the Cougar are the best looking american jets in my opinion. They looks like taken from the 60's Batman TV show =)

During Korean War...the Panther was able to shoot down 4 of 8 Mig15s in one fight. That Pilot hit several with deflection shots. His planes did get hit with the Migs cannon. Damaged yet somehow managed to get back to his carrier. Landing on the carrier was another story and smart Carrier Commander.

I too agree that F9F is not a great machine even at 8.0; Yak-30, G91 and many other 8.0 can over perform it. Great news that Gaijin has finally realized that F9F has been in the wrong BR. It would be great if Gaijin may extend the air BR to 10.0. Fighting a MiG-15 in this thing and most other 8.0s is, at least for me, like fighting Yak9UT and G55 in a F4U; that was most likely over 2.0 BR diff and does not happen often, but here in jet combat is like every time flying. Oh btw, maybe go for a spin in AB, things have changed a lot since Gaijin buffed the damage of most guns. And again, great video, very informative, like it a lot!

The Quality of ZOOM of your videos (Like with that Vertical Kill you had apx 4min) is just so much better than anything I ever get in game play. Is that your video card or am I missing a setting in the game?

8.0 is the obsolete BR. I noticed there was a G 91 R/1 in the match. It begs the question then, "Now that Gaijin moved it up to 9.0 from 8.0 does it get down tiered a lot or only occasionally?" You need to do that video I asked you to do when they moved that plane to 9.0, so you can answer that question. :)

Why does yours look like actual afterburner but when I use it it looks like a normal non afterburner jet. Is it just graphics or old look?

8.0 axis just rofl stomps every game because everyone feels the need to take out the F-84B out for some strange reason you get like 6 on one team and they just get shit on by rocket 262's and 163's

This fighter took down 4 russian mid 15's and made it back with over 260 bullet holes in it. Must of scared the shit out of the Russians when they saw it.

Wt should add the Vought F8-Crusader, the "Last Gun Fighter" as the pilots called it, before the Navy deemed 'Dogfighting' obsolete, and the new approach to guided missiles.

How do you ignite the after burner?

Can you add to your videos a Set Up to the video, meaning from take off then Cut to your normal start. Show for each review how you take off and how you climb to get into position. So many times I am in game and feel I am searching for the game plan and usually fail. At Take off Im usually getting away from players that seem to cluster and some times crash into teamates on take off, then its usually a leader saying follow me, and in many cases they are out performing climbing or heading into the mess with speed but at a disadvantage not having enough altitude. So if you can show at the start how you maximize these acft (many are different) from take off and show it at the start of your videos would be very helpfull. I say this because most of the time you you are not in a Squad with three other players helping eachother and yet you seem to always be in a great position, Above the enemy, Engaging properly and I need to get better at this. Food for thought, keep up a great videos.

This plane is pretty decent when you get to 8.0 bracket, but usually you fly against 9.0 so.. yeah. There is just not enough people to play high br due to grind and repair costs of some popular planes. Sadly this makes high br matches kinda underwhelming experiance, especially to new pilots.

Do yak 23 with new br

As it stands, even with the BR changes Tier 8.0 is still obsolete. Gaijin in their great wisdom, did bring one 9.0 down to 8.0 but that does not help the 8.0 BR at all. The problem is: Gaijin, in their great wisdom, kept giving the Americans 9.0 planes while every other country (such as Britain) got prop planes. So countries like Britain have all 8.0 planes and only one 9.0 (Hunter) plane. Therefore, the American cry babies who never have to learn how to fly and fight (because they are illiterate), can always seal club in with their American planes as they are constantly playing against inferior planes. Not only the planes they face inferior by BR they are also inferior because Gaijn also nerfed the guns, the amount of ammo, and made sure at least two thirds of what ammo they do have "spark." Now according to Mike 10D, they are taking even more ammo away from the German planes and forcing the players to pay more for what ammo they do get. Pretty soon, not one country American planes will fight against will have any ammo. You squeeze off a one second burst and all your ammo is gone. So typical of Gaijin's idea of fair and balanced game play. I have also noticed that quietly Gaijin has been jacking the repair costs again on planes and the planes do not perform as well. This is typical Gaijin too. They improved every thing about planes to attract new consul players and once they did that they went back to their old dirty tricks.
