this is very engaging and fast paced combat gameplay. i can really tell you put a great amount of effort into getting those kills. i could see you in the very top skill bracket of war thunder players. this is very admirable.
Really good video. I can see you've got a lot of drive to do well in high tier. A few recommendations I want to throw your way though: 1. Familiarise yourself with your radar. Don't be afraid to bind keys and start familarising yourself with your own setup. I have "X" to change radar modes, "Shift+X" to cycle through targets, "Shift+LMB" for ACM mode, "Shift+RMB" to lock a selected target, "-" to cycle sweep angle, "+" to cycle radar scale. You can also choose to move your radar antenna left or right, but i'll get to that later. 2. I wouldn't recommend HMD for radar too often, I find locking your target in ACM mode or locking from a distance using the abovementioned controls to be far more reliable. 3. When you're engaging targets in the contrails, don't join them. Stay below the contrail. R27ERs are more than capable of flying to where they need to go, up or down. 4. Reference moving radar antenna left or right, do this in conjunction with cranking. I have the left and right arrow keys set for this. I.e. lock and approach your target in a zig-zag pattern using your radar to lock the target and the arrow keys to help reacquire incase he breaks lock. Helps keep your radar pointed in the right direction without having to set your nose on the target or fumble with the HMD. Cranking is very strong in missile jousts especially against 27ERs, the more you make a missile maneuver, the more energy it depletes. So just bank hard left or right, fly for a second then bank vice versa in the direction of your target. Other than that, you're doing well in fighting for an advantageous position over your enemy. Which is good! You'll get there king 👑
@@CarolusR3x I just find it hilarious that war thunder players call each other kings now. 4 years ago I remember we hated every nation but our own. 🤔 What happened while I was gone???
And the funny thing is this is entirely the players fault. Flying these aircraft properly requires a ton of skill, but because the average War Thunder player is brainless and goes straight to the merge for neuron activation you can get easy kills like this.
@@hresvelgr7193 not entirely the player’s fault, with e.g. thermal and laser rangefinder the skill required is just decreases same with planes with strong radar and weapon systems.
@@danny2717 This just tells me you don’t have a clue what you are talking about. Planes with strong radar and weapons systems require just as much skill if not more skill then any other. If anything they require more. In older aircraft you don’t have to worry about things like timelines, cranking, the MAR and when you can turn back in after going defensive. The only reason why top tier jets is so unskilled is because nobody knows any of that and goes do the merge with no thought, chucking a few SARH missiles out on the way in. In environments like SATAC where everyone knows that stuff and much more the skill needed to fly these jets is on full display
@@hresvelgr7193 I don’t care about your opinion, the game required more skill with conventional dogfighting than slinging missiles. Just because you know how to notch radar and not merge instantly doesn’t make you “skilled” 😂
@@danny2717 Buddy go look at SATAC and tell me that those pilots are not skilled. You think this because you are a clueless clown who doesn't understand how modern aircraft fight 😂 The only issue with top tier jets is the players not understanding them 😂
