This looks claustrophobic

When they say your wall is not upgraded, they mean SOME of your walls are not upgraded. Your walls are uneven. And your top right, where it was breached, is especially low with only sturdy walls. You know what they say, your chain is only as strong as your weakest link. It's really odd that your upgrades are uneven especially given your OCD. my personal brand of OCD in this sort of survival games forces me to keep all upgrade levels the same. Secondly, regen wall might not be worth it, at least not at the last part. Like you said, the problem is when they focus and burst it down, regen does nothing. The other upgrade path which probably have more health is going to be better for that. Also, it's only 10 hp/s, even if it was for the full 300 seconds, that's only 3000 hp, which is only a few heal at most. realistically given that most of them are at full hp most of the time, the amount it actually regens over the entire level is insignificant. So leveling ALL your walls to the same level and the other "path" like overclocked did would be probably the correct choice. Thirdly armor. Yes, armor does have diminishing return. What it also have, however, is increased value as the amount of hp increases, as its a % increase on effective hp. There is probably some optimal ratio between hp upgrade and armor(aura) upgrade. You stopped upgrading armor really early. And by the end there, I suspect you might have gained more value with a few more level of armor.

A bunch of the walls aren't really upgraded to refrigerators so yeah you got MAIL or Nailed.

Warcraft Reoptimized Demn I dun think I will play again until FPS issues for custom maps are more stable...

I wouldn't say that armour gives diminishing returns given that its curving towards 100% rather than going on potentially ad infinitum.
