I couldn't leave without knocking some cans over first. Then, pull my phone out to record the look on the manager face. It's literally makes me want to apply for different jobs just to cause havoc. Only if I was rich of course 😂
Those are empty cans...Try hand wrapping a pallet full of empty cans and let's see how far you'll get until you wanna quit for being made fun of lmao. Straps, clips and cardboard is all you need to secure something as light as that .
@@icewallocum8101empty or not who gives a crap a secure pallet on high ground will still be a secure pallet ....i would have wrapped them then throw them up there otherwise risk claning up the mess
@@cheyennenabor3271a spotter is a person standing next to the forklift as an extra set of eyes. Secondly, if the pallet was wrapped like it was supposed to be. None of that would’ve happened
Thats insane how high those are stacked and its insane those pallets arent wrapped. Ive worked in a lot of warehouses and Ive never seen such reckless fuckery.
You explain to me why did they fall apart? I work in this industry especially with Those material, so why did it fall apart? Since you guys know so much? Those skids weigh next to nothing, they're meant to be triple stacked or even go higher it's the driver that's not experienced enough to do the job l, he wants to do to much because he has seen others in the warehouse do the same who have more experience then him. One of those skids of empty can take 2 people about 45 minutes to pick up the go everywhere
I don't think it helps that it looks like he's trying to lift two different pallets up, you need to take them one at a time I don't know what's going on here it just looks like there's two separate pallets underneath, you can't just say I'll grab both at the same time and split the difference it doesn't work like that, your forks need to be level under each palette
I work where it’s shared warehouse with Ghost energy/prime They stack 3 high no wrap. But they are banded so it’s not completely loose. I’m transferring to their side in a month, hopefully this isn’t me lol.
You can hear him say “how does that fall apart” wtf how are you surprised by that ??? You have those pallets stacked way too high, there is zero wrapping on the pallets and there’s no support on the entire right hand side for the entire thing to buckle. Worst and most dangerous setup I’ve ever seen in my life
Surely it’s not the 1st time this has happened? Wouldn’t you be taking further preventative measures? Staff Training? Plastic wrap? Height restrictions? Signage?
I work at a can plant and we do not wrap pallets. They band them together with a plastic frame on the top layer. We all stack them this high too. I don't work in the warehouse, I'm a machine operator but this isn't uncommon. I've seen worse lol. Just scrap them they're empty cans.
What company doesn't shrink-wrap pallets, and then proceeds to stack them so tall!?? Like seriously, is there no common sense! Also the safety factor for the staff. Sure the product may not be heavy, but a 20lb skid falling on ones head is deadly!
I used to be a machine operator at Pepsi and those are empty cans that get loaded into the depal machine before it goes to the can filler to be filled with soda. They are supposed to be like that and they usually put the best forklift operators in that position
Everyone saying where's the shrink wrap. It's just not industry practice for empty cans. I worked with them for a while and they are just banded from top (with a cover) to bottom with thick straps. They won't move unless you really f up the pallet. I saw a pallet get cranked on the roof of the trailer driving in and the top half just deformed but the pallet stayed together.
This my friends is why we wrap the pallet...this shit is easily avoidable when using your brain while operating a forklift....not one incident in 8 years and i drive it like im racing in Shenmue 😂 Jokes aside be smart stay safe and this thing while fun like a toy it sure aa hell isnt.
I want to be hired in this place. Never have to worry about losing your job no matter how bad you were at it. And moving up in the company would be garrenteed as long as you destroy less inventory than everyone else.
How to set someone up to fail! You can see in the comments, where some improvements could be made! In fact, they cost pennies on the dollar spent to help mitigate potential loss due to error. Sometimes, you NEED a few regulations to operate safely.
Why the hell didn’t he just lift his forks like 3 more inches? It looks like he’s just dragging the bottom of the pallet across the top of the next stack.
That's as high as it goes, 3 section mast. and they aren't wrapped because the people in the warehouse never have an issue when they do mess up it's like this scene. They are produced in one area, stored for use in another area right beside it.
These FL fail videos need Context. What's in those cans, why are they stacked so high, when was the last OSHA visit. I'm more confuzzled after seeing this.
Keep your forks level and lift so it comes off front and back at the same time. If youre tilted forward, itll happen in the back when you lift. If you tilt first, this happens.
