yeah sometimes it helps actually raise the pallet jack a bit... so it climbs the pallet bottom wood but also dont get stuck in the upper part... (thicker and robust pallets are worse sideways, normal ones is fine)
@@Mr.Bryan1234 depends sometimes the jack gets really stuck and you cant pull it, or you need to pull really hard... For example EPAL pallets are robust, if you pump the jack 2 times you raise it only 1-2cm and it gets much easier for the back wheels to BE pulled over the bottom bottom Wood... (I mean in case you raise it sideways, from the front it shouldnt have any issues except pallet broken or jack is wrecked)
In my work we got the rule... with those kinds of trailes we call them "fridges" if there is no ramp to unload directly the trailer... the driver suppose to bring back goods to the back of the truck for unloading... i don't let my workers to get on trailers just in case there is destroyed stuff on the trailer... and if Driver refuse to do that we send him off... And plz don't leave forklift with rised forks... trust me some people are "blind"
Good video, however i was always taught to never ever leave your forks raised and in the air, someone who isn't concentrating could just walk straight into it
You can tell this dude might a good trucker but he's got next to no experience with forklifts. Made it much harder for himself, and broke multiple safety rules which could've ended badly
why was the pallet not plastic wrapped . you might want to angle the pallet just enough so you have room to tug the jack out from the pallet then put one tong in the pallet front then jerk to center it then pull out then center the jack and away you go. instead of doing the way you had it with less room to move out. to bad you couldn't back to a dock door then use the forklift. I have been working in a warehouse for 6 years certified on Forklift and clamp trucks also pallet jack to.
Buen video.

NO ENTIENDO, SE QUE AQUI EN ALEMANIA NO ESTA CARGA O DESCARGA POR EL CONDUCTOR PROIBIDA, PERO QUE LO HAGAS CON EL TORO, UNO MISMO?. AQUI HAY LEYES POR LAS CUALES ESO SI ESTA PROIBIDO.
No generalicemos.
Hello brother, good video, I am Latin American, specifically from the Dominican Republic, and I am looking for a school where I can learn to drive vehicles of this type, I got a job as an operator in a similar vehicle, but they tell me that you have to have a special license, I can't find a driving school here that will grant me that license, nor can I find someone who has their own to tell me how to drive one..... I ask you if you can make a spoken video about how to drive that industrial vehicle?
2:44 Hello, I'm Vietnamese. I actually said that this thing is light and can be brought up easily, but why suddenly bother bringing this cart up? If it were me, I would offer it up. There's no need to bother with a tow truck because it's so light
This is stupid. They couldn't even be bothered to send someone inside the truck to bring you the pallets, making you to get off of it to do it yourself. That is not okay.
It doesn't have to be part of the job if you don't want it to be, but you will make yourself more marketable and you will have more opportunities if you have a forklift endorsement. The more qualifications you have, the better.
@1edwmh Whether it is the wrong way or not, this is simply just how it works in my country, which is admittedly not known for high wages. It may be different for you.
Warum Leicht ?? Wenn es doch Umständlich get !!! Dein erster Tag ??? OMG ! Staplerschein Hatte er auch nicht ! Das Mekt mann . Da lert man so grundkentnisse !Bist Endlassen!
