When should UW-Madison researchers disclose an innovation to WARF?
Stephanie Whitehorse says, "If you think you have a good idea, we would be happy to meet with you to evaluate it. Some of the best times to be thinking about whether you should submit a disclosure are when you're applying for grant funding or when you're getting ready to submit a paper or abstract for presentation. Typically, if you have something new that you want to fund or something you're ready to publish, there's something new and innovative there, or you wouldn't be pursuing it."
