Update 3: I have made a video on the Felarx and Innodem now : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-E_Y7UQTMHUA.html Do y'all like the new weapons? For me, I absolutely love the Phenmor and Laetum. I honestly do not care at all about the Praedos. If you want a better Phenmor build, I made one: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-R_SakU0tYjQ.html&t I might make builds for the other Incarnon weapons, but I can't say for sure Small update; I decided to not make builds for the other weapons. I will make another video about the Incarnon shotgun and dagger once they are out (And once i get them!). Update 2: Unless the shotgun gets buffed, I'm not making a video on it. There is no reason that the incarnon form is worse than the regular form...
@@oriondezagrats4228 I do own the Telos Boltace but I never used it. Does the Praedos grant the parkour boost when you have it holstered? If so I might take a closer look at your other comment.
@@TomRBel Sorry for taking so long to get back. While the sprint/slide/parkour boosts are all passive and you only need it equipped, not wielded, my slide attack build was a little silly. Alas, tonfa weapons are built such that, honestly, no single slide attack will best multiple combo attacks in order. I've since modified mine to have extra combo on slam attack.
I think the guns are cool, i like them both as someone who prefers Semi-Auto weapons. I like the incarnon forms of them too, i like it when things have punch and dont feel like bullet spray weapons. However with this system (atleast to me) dont care at all about the melee weapon and i really dont see how it could be made interesting. Atleast to me, i dont see how melee can be made interesting with this system. I've always found it boring for the most part and very lacking in an impactful feeling from the enemy, and the only time that really changes is when a melee weapon has a feature that ISNT melee. To me the Praedos is just another bland melee weapon to add to the pile that just does good numbers. It doesnt feel unique in any way and it also doesnt seem to have anything special about it that sets it apart from alot of other melee weapons. If it wants to be interesting it needs to actually be different.
For the Dark split sword something like that should have premiered with that weapon. Its like only the new armor or skins being the ones that can utilize the new textures.
Laetum incarnon modes shoots explosion rounds, meaning you can blast the floor to damage enemies, also firestorm(I forgot the name for secondary ones) will also work Another thing for the melee, you can get infinite incarnon with these: 1. Use the mod that gives 30 initial combo 2. Take the "15 initial combo" evolution 3. Take the "3x combo to activate incarnon" evolution Wala, you can have the incarnon mode active without hitting enemies
The preados gets a Range buff, and a 40% attack speed buff. That makes it the melee weapon with the biggest reach in the entire game, longer then Wukong's Iron Staff. Don't underestimate this weapon, its really good
Incarnon development process: "So we have these semiauto weapons, they deal good damage, what can we do to make them special?" *"What if minigun?"* "On it."
@@TomRBel it's true underwhelming but given a proper evolution form might be able to dethrone kronen prime as meta weapon, the current evolution choices a bit focused on parkour rather than melee buffs.
@@hartantoanggoro I'd personally like if the incarnon form made the Praedos shoot projectiles or similar. Also the evolution choices being more focused on parkour just makes the Praedos even more underwhelming. Tbh I didn't even know that the kronen prime was even meta. Then again I don't care very much about the meta.
Praedos isn't exactly weak. It's a really solid melee weapon with bonkers reach and attack speed (it its incarnon form) - which, because it doesn't drastically change how the weapon functions, isn't as cool as either the Laetum or the Phenmor.
According to the Wikia, the Praedos gets a 2m range increase (a little more than a Rank 6 Primed Reach), and a 40% attack speed buff (Equivalent to Quickening but without the combo chance) You probably just couldn't feel the attack speed that much since you had Primed Fury on, and it probably stacks additively.
I know I’m like a year later but you can have the praedos as “speed sticks” to make your frame faster too. Especially helpful for people that don’t melee often
Praedos Incranon is 90 sec; timer is on top right corner. It also has a speed increase and a dmg increase in incarnon. Also it sucks since DE has been trying to destroy the melee meta for a while now so they didn't want a new OP melee weapon.
Pistol that can change stance to primary and primary that changes stance to archgun without all the problems because its still a primary. The melee is a whatever tonfas with underwhelming perks.
I didn't think these weapons would damage eidolons much but congrats! Although you should try picking up a Voidrig Necramech for eidolons. It requires just a decent mod setup, no outside buffs (Not that outside buffs work on it anyways).
@@TomRBel Yeah with Laetum's Incarnon form, I can take out two joint things in one use of it. Once I get the primary one built, levelled, and modded, it'll be a lot easier.
I thing you miss the best option for the praedos : slide. the 2 m range frome the exalted + the other 2 m from the 5 boost. slide attack can have 11.5 mellee range ????? extermination nezha slide build can be so good
It would have been dope the Incarnon for the Praedos was some sort of twinblade scythe, a much better version of the sad hespar Like come on, the had one job with the melee Incarnon and they went like "na"
It's ammo based for the guns. Basically you just have a limited amount of shots before they change back, but if you holster them they'll stay Evolved until you use the ammo so don't worry about that. As for the Praedos, I'm not sure tbh, I haven't got them yet myself. EDIT: According to the Wikia, the Praedos' Incarnon lasts 90 seconds.
The incarnon form on the praedos is tested on this video, but it only provides a range and attack speed buff. Check the pinned comment for part 2 of this video which has the innodem tested
Well I heard incarnon grind is perfectly well positioned content for people that are looking for what to do after starchart. I’ve completed the starchart and now I’m stuck at level 50-60ish enemies because I don’t deal enough damage and I’m not tanky enough even if I’m moving around at all times. I guess this is what I’ll go for
One thing about the Praedos you didn't cover - the radial slam damage. Normally, melee slam radial damage is only a fraction of the slam 'hit' damage - you have to land it on the enemy to mean anything. But with Praedos, the radial damage is the same throughout the radius (no falloff). With the right mods, the radial damage is higher than the hit damage. Combine this with a heavy slam build and you can slam through quite a lot of enemies (other than bosses).
i feel like phenmor is more powerfull without crit.. the final evolution that has like 50% chance to deal 2000% more dmg on noncrit hits, u can actually spray down steelpath dealing loads of dmg like i just shoot a burst for like 0,5s and it decimates lvl 100+ enemies even the accolytes are going fast so for me its non crit phenmor :)
Feels like they came up with the idea for incarnon weapons then most of the way through they realized that melee weapons don't support a secondary mode, then pulled a mediocre weapon out of their ass to fill the third slot.
@@TomRBel well, the dagger cant kill a lvl 1000 hevy gunner but it is realy funny to use, especialy betwen lvl 150-300. I like to use the finisher build to get the combo till 30 and use the condition overload to make it a mini "exalted turret" viral, rad, slash and u have a realy nice weapon. I like to use the 60/60 instead of the raw elemental dmg
The tonfa, seem nothing special, but It have the best weapon holster, you have friching zariman angel wing on your back The range is huge,so heavy attack build is a go,combie with blocking taunt and +combo counter chance, free 12x in 5 second just for blocking With the cc immunity of exium, they can be pain if they just focus to objective not you, so with blocking taunt mod,you can cc them and let teammate handle the kill
Ok...the guns are busted, BUT COME ON! They couldn't have made something cool for the Tonfas? Why not make a giant battle ax that you can slam and make explosions with? Wth?
@@TomRBel shotgun will probably be like a Rocket Launcher or something. If they do anything for the Dagger, maybe use Energy to greatly enhance the size?
