The modular headlights have a lot more to offer! No really tho, the light from those eyes is really helpful on darker tilesets. Also I kept the Exilus slot free so you can install what you find most useful. I sometimes experiment with Cunning Drift for that extra range to match Peacemaker's, although Mesa Waltz is also an excellent choice. As for the arcanes, one good option is Arcane Avenger, but since you already do enough damage with the armor strip, maybe another utility mod instead would be better.

@@captaincakes3131 Yes, but now it only lasts the length of the buff instead of while you're channeling Peacemaker. Since it only lasts a few seconds it's probably not worth intentionally using anymore, but it does get your fire rate ramped up faster.
Nekros Terrify fully strips armor with 160 str or someting if i remember correctly. If some1 is looking for another option. Passiv armor strip on click with jade is deffinitly better and they are not running away. Extra Note from Update 36.0.0: Armor has a maximum cap of 2700 Armor (90% Damage Reduction). Armor has a minimum cap of 200 Armor. Steel Path no longer increases Armor values. EDIT1: Amalgam Furax Body Count also increases Mesas Firerate :D
Interesting, personally I like to go for Nourish to go for viral corrosive heat regulators, and it shreds SP, but your build looks like it has similar performance while also looking cooler (since the floating eyes fit Mesa way more than the dumb sumo stomp). I might switch...
Whats the point of triple umbral since health and armor are both pretty useless on mesa i feel like you're kinda throwing away 2 mod slots but i do like the overall idea of this build and i am gonna try it out
Wouldn't say it's horrible, but yeah, certainly not the best way to build Mesa IMHO. Full Umbral set (in particular, why UF on a frame with 135 base armor??) locking valuable mod slots, overall low duration & strength, plus the necessity to add range which is usually a dump stat for Mesa just to make the helminth work - I mean I get the idea and concept behind it but there are so many better ways to build her that don't require sacrificing tons of damage. Also, given how much less impactful armor stripping got with the new update, I don't think it's worth investing so much to build around it nowadays. Especially since Ophanim Eyes does it so slowly that, with a decent build, everything would be dead long before you'd even get to 50% armor reduction. So, overall a nice concept on paper that will surely get the job done on base SP, but also a far cry from the comfort and DPS potential other builds could offer instead.
Nevermind. This seems to be a simulacrum only build as whenever i try it in an actual mission i can either only use the first 3 abilities or just my 4 as the energy economy not even there.

Also using 3 umbral mods in Mesa is 💀💀💀 (the only umbra mod you should use in a frame is "Umbral Intensify"). The ones that use all of them are so cringe, they think they would be immortal in Steel Path.
Orange archon shards, it increases secondary crit chance on killing enemies affected by heat procs perfect for a ophanim eyes build, if not just red shards increasing secondary crit chance, the red shards are permament crit chance without any condition, with the orange shards you will need to build that crit chance every mission, but it gives you more crit chance at the end, depends on you
If I'm not mistaken, the shooting gallery could disable the Eximus' special attacks. Is this nerfed? It’s just that at the event the jade excimus launch a beam and they don’t care about my shooting gallery
strength is always good, topaz crit chance is good but also high investment, don't make them unless you love mesa. yellow energy orb effectiveness or purple equilibrium shard is nice to have at least one of, especially if you don't use energize
