Kuaka, Condroc & Mergoo Track & Tranqing is now a conservation activity on the Plains of Eidolon so in this video I cover the key things you need to know, go through some tracking & tranqing of the three main species & discuss some aspects of the Plains to keep in mind when you're out on the hunt...

Do enemies spawn more when hunting because whenever I'm not hunting it feels like they barely spawn but whenever im hunting it's like the entire grineer army is trying to sabotage the hunt

So THAT's how you get Mergoo... jesus how much time have I wasted. Everything BUT the mergoo appear randomly in the PoE as is. No need for lures or pheromones, just go out at night and tranq away to your heart's content. Picked up at least 10 of every tag, except Mergoo. There I was spamming the echo lure like mad all over and nothing. So you HAVE to go to one of the tracking spots and then use the lure for the mergoo... wish this was explained somewhere >.< cannot even find a page on the Wiki. I'm glad I watched this video then, thanks!

Woulda been waaaaay better if we were getting reusable blueprints though, using standing to gain standing is just plain dumb. As if it isn't already tedious as is having a daily standing cap

For me the biggest problem with conservation on plains is that the Grineers always scare the animals away. I try to kill them off of the area but they just keep comming and comming!

thanks Luktorce!! haven't really been up to conservations because first time there were too many corpus crewmen disturbing them (😂😭) but now I gotta get those cute floofs!!! nice video too! p.s. those mergoo look so cute!!!

I've actually found it very easy to get Kuaka and Condroc in various locations byu default. You can find a trio of Condrocs right outside of Cetus gate every time. Also, near Gara Toht Lake. Kuakas also spawn near Gara Toht Lake as well as near the beached Sharc near the river bed to the west.

I’m having trouble, it’s telling me I have to deploy the pheromones before using the echo lure. even if I equip the traq rifle, it still won’t work. Help

FYI, I just tranq'ed a Mergoo and it fell to the ground, so maybe they fixed that floating Mergoo issue

I can't seem to spawn the splendid mergoo and I refuse to use the pheromones cause it's just a waste of standing to buy those. The same can be said to Orb Vallis' kubrodon incarnadine. 4:51 - Happened to me too many times, you'd thought the critter de-spawned but no it’s just stuck on the air.

It's weird, tho. Shouldn't the Ostrons have their own tranq rifles? I mean, I know DE wants to streamline stuff, but it's a decent QoL thing to have. At least new players wouldn't need to do Solaris U bounties just to get a tranq rifle for stuff in the PoE. Hopefully they'll put one in the future.

They also naturally spawn and you can tranq them just by finding then you don't even need the calls

@@Spikeyrides For kuaka and condrocs, most times spawning into POE, that little puddle straight ahead from the door for me usually has one or the other. I litterally tranq them from the steps and go request pickup, no lures or calls.

I can't find a single Rogue Condroc. Found every other target easy enough, but if I don't use pheramone for condroc, I get common, if I do use them, I get Emperor, every time.

5:09 built in buttwing, they look like a Orokin prototype for the acrwings I also like the fact that they gave them a little bit of lore, I think a lot of people don’t appreciate how little details help build a world... or worlds in warframes case

DE said that Echo-Lures are not required as these animals continually roam the Plains. What do you think? Do you think they’re not necessary? I’m on console so still waiting for the new update.

For me, I quite enjoy the Echo-lure / Pheromone tracking / tranqing side of things, especially with the more focused aspect of 100% getting a critter to spawn when that's my focus rather than say randomly searching the Plains (handy ofc if you're doing other things & come across a tranq target). But I've seen people having success at randomly coming across and tranqing Kuakas / Condrocs on the Plains (Mergoo's appear to be really rare...) too, but yeah, Echo-lure type hunting is the one I prefer...

Done a riven mission where u need to kill 4 flying dargyn without getting a status affect on u.. And also in 4 occasion, i sleep arrow a bunch of marduk. If they are in some kind of lump of dirt or hill.. They clip to the ground.. And you can't get to them.. Yeah. Not fun..

Yea, when you use sleep on them they used to clip/OoB into the ground, and when they wake up and sleep them again they will only give you either a good or bad capture. But I think it's fixed now on the latest update.

Gotcha...along with what you've been experiencing, I've seen other comments online that they're pretty much non-existent without using their particular Echo-Lure to call them...
