Why not? DE said calling down Archguns should feel like an emergency power boost. If they don't have galvanized mods and arcanes like primary, secondary, melee weapons they will never be better than just using your primary.@@GazTTV
@@Seven7swordsI think that the archguns should have the CO effect built in and a +50% boost to all mods without increasing drain, so that there isn’t any build up to the damage and it actually feels good to use but you have to be smart about it so you don’t use it before you actually need it.
Unfortunately I think they shut that down by adding the prime, galvanized rounds seems like it can't really happen as it would invalidate having the prime all together. They could do it for status chance and crit, but most likely not for multi shot now which kinda sucks

It's because Corrosive Cold used to be the "it works on everything" build, the new health changes are pretty fresh still. Most people are still using Viral Hunter Munitions and Pure Corrosive on everything. Just a couple days ago I had clan mates telling me I was wasting my time using 3 mods to put Viral Heat on my Torid Incarnon, for a low heat weight (sh*t ton of status chance though, lol), than one of the guys decided to test it and was surprised at how much faster than V HM and Corrosive it was at killing enemies. People are sleeping on Viral Heat, this is the new meta, if you can fit some Magnetic too, with Kuva/Liches I think that would be the best build in the game. I hope they release more of those mods from Murmur update, the Radiations ones, just for other combined elements.
@lag00n54 It will, unfortunately, still take longer than Viral, the bonus is too big, even in Viral resistant enemies. So corrosive and cold are delegated to primer status for me. Everyone is off course free to use whatever works for them. I just have too much stuff/ investment in the game to take longer to kill my enemies, and I often go to higher levels. If you have a plethora of powerful mods and only play base Star chart or very base SP, any element should kill just fine right now.
@@abysswalker7712 I'm farming for magnetic nukor rn but I'm pretty confident it'll make viral heat nuclear, biggest threat to viral heat is eximus at least in my experience, but with new changes you can actually have a primer with the express purpose of letting viral heat melt everything lol
Fun thing: I needed to reroll my Dual Decurions riven because it added multishot and damage and I didn't had anywere to place Primed Dual Rounds, which it's better. At least now I have a toxin + crit chance and damage riven that fits like a glove.
dispatch overdrive is one of my favorite misc mods currently (try using it b4 calling the archgun). also you know a farm for a thing is bad when you obtain the primed version before the regular one.
Off topic but thought it was cool. I was just in a match playing as Jade when the stalker came after a random person. When the stalker saw Jade he said “never” then dropped his loot and disappeared.
Really glad to hear your also having issues with pt legs as even tho I swapped my build to the new proper elements I still could only do up to 90% of the leg in 1 uncharged shot curious as to what will need to be changed
Man, I might use the velocitus since riv was cc cd and something else I think electric for pt now still going too use the radiation multi shot mod but rad, corrosive and magnetic with multiple shot sounds like it probably could 1 shot the legs now.
Gas try the sampotes with the new melee arcane it procs it multiple times in 1 slam because of the wave it releases so basically 1 light slam procs it 4 times
Would you say this is better than ogris exterminate SP, in terms of time becus that thing also goes crack especially in zariman exterminate bounty SP. (1-3 minute average)
There is way too much overkill damage counting as % damage. It is allowing some useless boobs to kill a few targets with massive overkill and getting more % damage done then the guy that did all the work and killed most mobs. Armor removal should not count as damage, for example.
Dmg% gets real weird, overkill definitely shouldn't count. Also, i they increased the gap between trash mobs and tanky foes as well as our tools against them, dps vs. kps would be more of an actual thing to measure. As for strip, idk, it is effective dmg to effective hp, but it'd be way cooler if they instead separated that into its own stat
