The Corrosive+Cold build might work better with Primary Frostbite, almost makes up for the loss of Split Flights.

Thunderbolt seems to scale with fulmination on this bow, and it applies the 7 stacks of piercing. I might be wrong but I think I remember seeing states effects on thunderbolt too

I made a build of this that only uses heat as the elemental damage, and it still chews enemies in Steel Path thanks to the slash aoe, it may be one of my favorite bows alongside the Daikyu

All the new weapons this update are such bangers

New Blast is hands-down my favorite complex element now. It was in the olden days, as well, back when it knocked people on their asses, but this form is just as fun because it still removes ankle privileges, just on a more permanent basis and all their buddies get invited for the ride.

Don’t forget the other unique effect about this bow’s explosion, enemies hit by it can’t damage allies (including yourself.) So Splitflights and Fulmination does add significant survivability while dishing out damage.

theres currently a bug where elementalist mods are only increasing status damage by 44% and not 90% so damage from builds that use them will go up when its fixed

Hey, MCGamerCZ, I've been loving your content as of late, really well put together and interesting to watch :) There's a fun little mod interaction that's come out of Jade Shadows, I'm sure you've aware of it but if not, check it out! So basically, the new Semi-Cannonade mods that drop from the Ascension game mode are a bit borked. They read "Only compatible with semi-auto fire. Fire rate cannot be modified" And their stats are quite tasty: R5 Shotgun Cannonade, for example, gives: +1.2 Punch Through and 240% Damage increase. BUT, the funny thing is... If you equip a weapon with Critical Deceleration, the Cannonade mod REMOVES the negative fire rate stat whilst keeping the extra critical chance - it's awesome. I'm currently running it on my Tenet Arca Plasmor, Strun Prime and a few others. I'm not sure of the exact damage calculations but it seems to be a net positive when paired with Critical Deceleration, at least for the time being :) Stay well, Mr Gamer Man

if you can melee you can use Primary Dexterity that boosts primary damage on a melee kill

Try the corrosive/cold build with Primary Frostbite! That's the build I personally use, alongside Galvanized Scope to hit 100% crit and status!

You should try Longbow Sharpshot on this if you have it, unlike with the acolyte arcanes they have multiplicative damage. You don't even need to kill to get the multiplier, just one hit to the head. In fact, if you run it with split flights, as odd as that sounds, you'll find you may get MORE headshots completely on accident, because with such high multishot, chances are good that at least one arrow will hit the head, buffing all the arrows from your next shot.

How about a video on recommendations for some of the more interesting Arcanes now that they're cheap

Last time I checked "longbow sharpshot" arcane is actually a multiplier so you should test the deadhead build with it (I know I will :D )

You might wanna check out the new simulacrum rooms that are added to syndicates, They say you can give enemies an extra 25 lvls

I've been using this bow with split flights, blast and electricity, basically just using it to make the jade eximus and anything around it not do any damage

As a bow main, this thing felt nice in my short testing. I'm still hoping they fix the crit values for Cinta, but I doubt it.

Longbow Longshot is multiplicative with Serration and Galv. Aptitude on lots of weapons, is Evensong one of them?

Can you explain how a rotation works on a non-endless game mode? I tried asking my clan this and they had no idea what I was talking about.

longbow sharpshot! it's so good in comparison to the steel path arcanes for ramp up and it's so easy to trigger since you're already wanting the headshot anyway

You should have a look at the new mods that grant +90% status damage. That would boost the damage of any dot builds by a LOT

I like that they let you use split flights, but I don't see myself wasting forma on this bow, the nataruk is so much easier to use and does way better damage

Dude check this out: Incarno Paris with elemental balance and corrosive + blast 60/60 using fire dmg from incarno, crit chance + damage, galvanized apt, split flight, fire rate and Bhisaj-Bal. This is simply silly.

These days im experimenting with gauss and a burston incarnon (ya know... THA DAKKA) i came to the conclusion that i need a negative fire rate riven since my fire rate is litterally too much to use (i empty 600 rounds in 10 seconds, the fire rate is capped by my frame rate mind you)

You could have avoided the last forma by puting the D for primed cryo instead of aptitude 😂😂

yeah, reload speed on bows is actually super good, don't know why people always bash it (I wouldn't usually go out of my way for it, but it's always nice to have some)

Sad part of all these weapons is I know only 2 will get primed like gara's weapons

I'm surprised Split Flights is Equippable on this weapon since it shouldn't be on AoE bows, which the Evensong clearly is.

I really don't like the Evensong. I really want the Jade's Ensamble set to work (i ADORE Cantare), but when I try and get a supportive jade's ensamble loadout to fit together, Evensong is always what sticks out awkwardly. It requires a kill to activate it's buff, and it's basically not a weapon that directly kills things. It inflicts slash quickly and in an AoE, and seriously debuffs the enemy, but it never outright kills unless you dump everything into crit and direct damage, forsaking basically every other function it can serve. If it's effect proc was something like headshot, inflicting 3+ slash with a single shot, or hitting 5+ enemies with a single AoE, I'd absolutely stan this weapon, but as-is it has a split identity where it's best selling point requires pretty much writing this weapon off as a whole, and i deeply resent that design.

3:04 so slightly off topic but I’m actually doing all my levelling on the event Ascension mission it’s also about ten minutes depending on team knowing what their doing and you get the parts arcade’s and progress in the event, some times I’ve had it only hit 28 29 which is a pain but sadly it can’t be helped.

A whole video and not a word about how it turns enemy output to zero? 🙄 Please do an update. That is such a powerful mechanic it deserves discussion.
