Warframe: The Worst Frame Exists, But What Is It? 

Sevagoth is one of the most underused warframes because he suffers from too much success. His gloom ability is just too good to not subsume, and nobody bothers to farm a 2nd Sevagoth because it's kinda hard.

Grendal is probably so low because it's a pain to farm him in the No Mod Missions for his parts.

Sevagoth is definitely the one that deserves some attention, it's not worst in terms of playstyle, but probably the worst one when it comes to missed opportunities - wich is escalated by farming his blueprints and gloom being a helminth ability

Quick mention. Nyx 3 ends up being one of the only CC abilities in the game that affects eximus or arbitration enemies, since they will attack affected teamates even if they aren't affected themselves. This can help tremendously on steel path kuva survival or a long arbitration defense That 2 needs to hit more targets tho. Make it scale with range or something. Honestly a solid Warframe with a solid niche

personally, even though he is a looter frame, atlas' petrified ability feels like Nekros' old desecrate ability, where you had to constantly cast it.

I don't know about frames, but Chroma's forth NEEDS a rework.

You know what's a frame I love, but rarely use these days? Excalibur (even Umbra). Like... He has few good survivability tools or healing, his 4 kind of falls off eventually... I basically only use him for Story Missions now.

Atlas is one of my favorite frames. I think the main thing keeping him from really shining as he is right now is the energy economy. I think this could be massively improved by reducing the threshold for Rubble Heap from 1400 to 1000, or reducing the energy cost of Petrify from 75 to 50. Also Tectonics size should be affected by ability range, which would make it more useful for defending objectives.

Funny how Mirage is at the top (strength wise) and you see her barely being used in public games.

As a Gauss main I know he's quite popular and people talk about him being as strong as he is all the time... But I rarely ever see other ones in public squads despite his usage is supposedly up there.

I remember when Banshee was everywhere. She still has decent armor shred and damage multipliers. Kinda surprised she doesn't see more use. Probably because of how squishy she can be at times.

As much as I'm looking forward to Duviri, I think I would still rather see reworks across the board for older frames. There are so many, like my favourite cold boi Frost, that I can't justify playing in 2023 cause they just simply don't do enough to keep up with the rest of the game anymore. Hopefully, once things calm down after Duviri, DE look backwards and give some of these older frames some love

A lot of Warframes go under the radar when they improve. Nyx and Revenant both went to being great/brilliant frames and I didn't even see a mention of them in-between. They went from one day being meh to now being good

Don't care what anyone says, Limbo/Prime will always be one of my favorites

as an Atlas I feel like I need to log on and play more now. I put 3 umbra forma into Atlas Prime for each umbra mod and he lives up to his titan namesake. Also swapped out the wall ability for elemental ward to get even more armor😋

I think that the problem with these stats is that there is multiple reason to be at the bottom. Some frame have different requirement to be used or useful (mod, syndicate rep, MR, star chart, time to farm). Some can leave a bad impression if used “incorrectly”.(leading to a player to never play them again) Some have play style that aren't pleasing for everyone.(doesn't mean they are bad) Some fit a niche in the game and are only used in that niche (ex: nix for solo interception). And others are just outclassed/bad in every situation to the point that they can't even be considered jack of all trade.

Atlas has a few things I like. He can't be knocked down while he is standing on the ground. That frees up a mod slot. He also has a good bit of armor for damage reduction. The rumblers can distract enemies like liches giving you and team breathing room. Hydroid is just hurting right now I mean at least frost has a niche use.

I typically use Wukong for his versatility. Fast movement, a buddy to help, semi-invincibility, and if you helminth off his staff, you can use Roar or Warcry to murderize whatever is in your way. I plan on using Nyx now a bit for the fun.

I've actually never seen a Trinity played before. I've seen an Atlas a few times in rando squads.

Augmenting warframes shouldn't require mods imo. Just make it available to augment your warframe abilities after leveling. I feel like they could go so much further with the augment system to be honest.

I myself main Protea since her release I've gotten rid of her 4th ability for the subsumed empower, I don't see many other people playing her my buddy has mained Hyldrin since her release we're both excited for the primes of our respective frames.

As soon as i heard that you need a high level railjack to farm Sevagoth i didnt even bother looking at him after the Tempestarii quest

As an Inaros main I must say that it would be nice if he got any abilities at all. But for real though I think he only needs to have the true damage of his abilities and passive scale with levels like other frames with theirs, but a full rework would be nice.

Limbo's abilities just feel like an active inconvenience to myself and teammates. In the time he wastes controlling and manipulating enemies another frame could just kill them three times over. Another victim of power creep I guess

I actually enjoy playing as Hydroid. I like grouping enemies up with his puddle/wave dash and executing them on the ground. I think just making a few changes to his abilities could make him more fun to play, but I guess it will never happen. They don't even need to rework him. His augments are trash and most frames have something like them in their base kit. They could just add his augments to his base kit and then give him new augments. Oh well, I am not even playing the game anymore because there is no account transfer for some god forsaken reason so I am stuck waiting for cross save.

As a Nyx main for god knows how long who started to migrate to Revenant, they reworked her worst ability to be her best(bolts) but the way enemy scaling works means that Chaos and Mind Control still are not effective for what you want to do; with the former being somewhat inconsistent and there being better options entirely(Revenant's zealots are basically both of these abilities but better) and the latter being unable to keep up in high level content even with the the buffs to increase the target's damage; its still simply not enough even on gunners. You're still primarily going to only use it to grab support enemies like Ancients and drones because most others aren't worth it for their damage. Absorb I've noticed in higher level content gets way too expensive and can have your energy pool shredded almost instantly. If anything, assimilate should be part of the base feature. The most I'd use absorb for is to block bursts of damage here and there but the way it stalls the game due to the endlag of the ability feels cumbersome even for that, and the damage buff isn't long enough or big enough to write home about in my experience. Psychic bolts is still a GOAT as of the rework though and almost entirely carries the warframe by itself.

I got two frames that I love for their designs but I rarely pull them out for missions which are Valkyr and Ivara Valkyr's just brutally fun to run and slash through the mission as melee only and of course her God of War-style rage mode feels awesome, but compared to later melee-focused frames like Garuda and Baruuk, angry cat lady seriously could use some love again. If there was anything I could change, it would be replacing her rip-line or paralysis abilities or have either being able to strip armor. As for Ivara, her prime design is absolutely gorgeous, prettiest of all the frames in my opinion, but unless you're running infiltrate into a spy mission, she really can't keep up in terms of fast damage, but then again, neither can any of the other stealth-based frames. Honestly she's a fine frame, but if I could make any changes, it would be nice for her invisibility to stay on even while bullet jumping.

I'm a Valkyr main, I've seen maybe a couple other Valkyrs out and about but its a damn shame people don't use her more. Her prime has the highest base armor in the game, combine that with an Adaptation mod and subsume Gloom over her 3rd (because Paralysis is kinda meh) and you become literally unkillable. Warcry makes any and all melee options viable by turning you into a walking blender and with her Enraged augment it lasts basically forever, Hysteria can shred through Steel Path enemies with ease when built correctly and does huge damage on top of making you literally invincible, and Ripline is one of the best traversal tools aside from Titania's ability to fly. Plus she's great if you love the Berserker playstyle she's built for. I love Valkyr, to me she's just a great balance of fun and absolute "too angry to die" energy.

Been using Frost with Gloom subsumed and some archon shards and he's really great in missions with high enemy density like Conjunction survival. Gloom slow combined with high range avalanche stops enemies dead in their tracks while stripping armor. And icy avalanche gives me some extra protection on top of shield gating and emergency bubble. Effective and very fun to play since my build has max efficiency and lets me spam his 4 like no tomorrow even without putting on Arcane energize. Plus gloom active with my black and white energy color looks dope like a blizzard is swirling around him and enemies coming to him are getting slowed down by it. Adds to the feel of being winter incarnate.

Imo atlas with landslide build tends to require a lot of enemies so in the mroe casual gameplay he kinda dont fit (not to mention the farm needs archwing that some still neglects) but in the steel path case he needs the exact builds, sometimes niche ones to fully function throughout which people easily skips over for more convenient option such as wisp with massive regen + speed buffs to spam weapons. And in farming case he's either stuck petrifying new wave of enemies or busy killing, if the augment works with any petrification that would've been better tbh.

I recall when Wukong was at the bottom of that list. As for Nyx, I think most people don't really know how to use her, also her "tank" build moves far too slow to be useful in the fast pace of this game

I’ve recently started working on heavily modifying all my warframes one at a time with the goal of one day being able to shuffle my warframes around based on helminth boosts and certain missions that offer stat bonuses for using certain ones

I think the majority of the list is based on what advice content creators give as well as which frames are easiest to acquire. "The worst frame" can't be decided on metrics because of that.

To me the game translates as a farm simulator: not using the most optimized setups variations cost you time in your life that not comes back. It's not that frames with annoying drops or underused are weak, it is just maximization is generally the standart. I like Valkyr, Zephyr, Nidus and other frames playstyle (even old boi frost). But I use chroma/nekros/nova 99% of the time (with emphasis on nekros), ocasionally loki for spy/rescue missions.

My main hydroid was good for awhile when he had finisher damage on his pool and his 4th did slash crush and pierce until for whatever reason they decided to change all of that in favor turning his pool into crush damage and his 4 into magnetic damage. I mean seriously magnetic damage wtf de?!

Whats your nyx build? I always use nyx for roaming and mobile defenses stuff like that just makes life easy. So i am wondering what build you use to make her good on survival. Clearly you use wisps 1 but stat wise it looks different from what i usually see.

Edit: I saw someone else mention Oberon and it slipped my mind as I was typing this but Oberon went from pretty bad to getting a rework and being amazing to a fall from grace and now behind in the "meta". A fun Warframe still for me but in terms of strength, he's had a difficult time keeping up as of late and while I'd certainly prefer other frames getting attention first I wouldn't mind seeing Oberon getting a bit of love again. I also really wish Augments would get a overall revisit because some of them are just hot garbage and some Frames still barely have any. Atlas is a common one people are bringing up and tbh I personally think Atlas is wayyyyy too sluggish and low impact for me, but Banshee, Hydroid, Yareli, Hildryn, Nyx, Trinity, Frost and Loki are easy frames that come to mind when I think of Warframes I don't see often. Banshee I think still needs some kind of kit rejiggle and I've felt that way for years, Trinity just isn't top dog support anymore and with Wisp being so dominant has lead to Trinity losing her spot a lil bit, but also Trinity just feels super boring to play and "old", it's the same with Frost really where power creep and age has reduced a lot of these Warframes kits down to 1 useful ability and that's it. I wanna add how I understand that frames like Zephyr and Nyx and hell, most of these Warframes actually are perfectly "viable" under certain circumstances for most gameplay but when only one or 2 abilities in a kit is useful or an Augment is needed for a build to actually work or the Frame needs to shield gate to survive just makes the Warframe super unfun to play imo. Warframe is a quick paced game and some Warframes - especially a lot of the older ones - just can't keep up anymore and when you're grinding hours on end for all sorts of things, you don't really wanna take the slower options

I definitely play frost a lot more than I use to. Especially in archon hunts. Freezing all the enemies and using the sphere to protect my team\objectives really comes in handy. The sphere is op which I love. Also comes in handy when dealing with enemy air strikes like the ones from the anbolyst missions

Working on a darth trinity prime build... haven't pulled her out of the arsenal in years, but she's been really fun to put together. ~240 power strength, pop nourish on the squad at the beginning of the mission, and hit one enemy with energy vampire and the whole squad is topped out on energy to start. Also using abating link because why not fully armor strip linked enemies if you're going to be using the ability anyway. Been a bunch of fun.

Umbra Forma Atlas Prime is such a dominant frame, so I don't think these rankings can be representative of a frame's quality. Not only a jack-of-all trades frame, but massive scaling damage potential -- and it's also just a fun and diverse frame to use.

Funny you should mention Yareli and Frost, since they're two of my favourite frames, along with Zephyr and Ivara. Yareli after the buffs is incredible, and she's only going to get better with the Sea Snares augment and Merulina buff. In addition to Sea Snares being among the best damage multipliers in the game, she's one of the few frames with three factors for exponential EHP scaling: Merulina, Arcane Blessing, and armor shards (most frames only get the last two). With Unairu she also has fantastic survivability and damage output. She's still extremely buggy, but absolutely top tier and I think the best Rhino clone in the game. Frost I think is actually really underrated. Even before archon shards dropped, his kit was extremely good. Avalanche provides fullstrip and primes enemies for Biting Frost. I run him with Dispensary and Molt Reconstruct to both healtank and provide a safety bubble and healing for the party. Dispensary also lets you spam Avalanche to keep enemies CCed, and deal massive damage, giving him a fast and powerful playstyle. I also run Naramon and use a hybrid Ooltha Contagion/light attack build. He also has fantastic build diversity given the strength of his augments. In terms of frames that really need some love, I think the most immediate ones are Hydroid and Inaros, since they're being crowded out of their niche by meta shifts: Inaros is kind of tanky, but he's being extremely outclassed by better tanks. He has good melee synergies with Desiccate, but his MfD nuke build doesn't work due to Desiccate ticks eating MfD, although you can work around this solo or as host. Real stealth frames like Loki and Ash do this job better, especially with the stealth grace period buff. That said Desiccate does open up perma-stealth with a Trickery rapier build, and his minion master build is pretty funny. Hydroid is a great CC tank, but due to the lack of damage buffs he's fallen behind the meta shifting to bufftanks. Tidal Impunity was also a soft nerf due to killing his best shield gating ability, although I think it's worth noting it's one of the most accessible forms of self-stagger immunity in addition to being a great mobility tool, meaning Hydroid is also an early Nezha-like for starchart. I think both frames could benefit from minor tweaks. For Hydroid, Corroding Barrage needs to be upgraded to a proper linear fullstrip, and Tenties could apply a damage buff. For Inaros, just making Desiccate not eat MfD would enable his most powerful build to actually work. Scarab Swarm should also either provide more armour or even be a multiplicative buff a la Synth Fiber, there's no reason for it to be as weak as it is.

I use Frost Prime as my main.. and did so 6-7 maybe even 8 years ago. Reason is that no one plays him.. so no Snowglobe that has decent size for openworld missions where it can get abusive since the frost had re-works on his globe over the years and back then you could only have 4 globes active at once and only stack 4 globes in to 1 for increased health. But this dosen't apply on some missions and on some missons it does and I went up to 18x globes in one. or I just make a path for the drone and it goes from bubble to bubble while all enemies freeze while chasing it or they just simply hit the globe/bubble that I will replace in a moments notice. so Effiency and Range and loads of shield and HP and Frost is looked down upon in some Zariman missions but in the end of the day all were happy to have a Globe for the mobile missions

My frame of choice really depends on what I'm doing. This game is such a grind that it is best to use the most useful frame for the mission depending on your desired effects. After some grinding I do give myself some time to just go and have fun with some frames I generally don't use. My favorites are Mag, gyre and hildryn. If I'm taking care of business it's nyx or nova.

Banshee feels super underrated. I never see anyone else running Banshee Prime, yet she's got everything you could want on a frame. Damage multipliers? Yup. Armor strip? Yup. CC? Oh boy does she. As she is shes perfect for casual missions, and just slap in gloom and you've got one of the best endurance run frames in the game. She's only getting more powerful with each update, since you now have a million ways to not die. Especially with the focus rework

Atlas isn't easy to farm compare to others

They can do whatever the feck they wanna do with wukong, just don’t take away his big stick. It’s the reason why I’ve been planning him since before his rework.

I still love to play Frost Prime because back in the early days I got him and I’m not all that skilled so his tanky stats kept me alive plus I enjoyed snow globe camping back before the newer frames came out. Besides all that I like his appearance and theme.

Sevagoth lost most of his usecase with the Eximus changes, now that his shadow can no longer reliably stack up enemies and 2-shot them. His slow speed and low mobility as kit is desgined around getting enemies into close range, ontop of Sevagoth's main body being immobile while Shadow is out, means that his clear design for Endless Missions like Survival and Defense completely broke when over 30% of the enemies in late stage Endless are immune to all his CC, and grouping tools. It's like Nyx Bubble without the movement augment and without damage immunity.

Been playing 8 years and I've never seen an Excalibur Prime. I feel like he's a myth at this point.

I literally couldn't even recall Lavos' name I see people play him so infrequently.

While Helminth is a breath of fresh air for a lot of frames, and allows for a lot more pick-and-choose style building/gameplay, I do think that even if a warframe as a whole has a higher usage rate, we should also be looking at the abilities that get overwritten. I love Harrow for a number of reasons, but in the vast majority of use-cases, Hildryn's Pillage is superior to his 1, Condemn. We saw a subtle but very compelling change happen for Mesa's most-overwritten ability, her Ballistic Battery, towards the end of last year. She by no means NEEDED the change to remain viable, but I think future-proofing certain abilities by making these little tweaks is what's necessary in order to keep a particular frame/ability from falling off by the wayside. Reworks of a frame at large may be welcome at times, but needing to dedicate that much time and effort is-- as I'm sure the devs calculate-- often better served just making newer frames/content to draw new/veteran players (back) in, and it's never a guarantee that all that work on an old frame will even be received (or play) well. tl;dr- Some frames desperately need a new coat of paint, but in juggling this many characters, it may behoove the developers to take a stance of more regular, smaller tweaks as opposed to letting characters 'rot' and feeling compelled to make a whole new character out of them in the future.

I've haad an idea for a Nyx rework for a while now. It goes as follows: Mind Control: Allow for 3 targets to be mind controlled at once, damage output of mind controlled enemies is quite good already, just fix AI to be 100% accurate. Psychic Bolts: Becomes part of Chaos, new ability instead. (Reason: Psychic Bolts IS a good ability. It's just a shame that it can only affect 6 targets at one time.) New ability - Blind Eye: Nyx casts a wave of amnesia of 15m (affected by Range Mods). Any enemies that are caught in this wave that are aggressive towards you become passive, and will not notice you for 10 seconds (affected by Duration Mods). (Reason: This new ability is more themed about Nyx being a psychic and now can give Nyx A LOT more survivability, as enemies won't be shooting her anymore.) Chaos: Fuse with Psychic Bolts. Everyone in radius turns on each other + all of their armor is stripped for easier damage potential. Scales with Strength, Range, and Duration Mods. Absorb: Remove entirely, replace with new ability (Reason: Absorb has been an ability that was so incredibly boring, and didn't really fit well with Nyx's theme. The damage was good if built up enough, but was too stationary unless you had the augment, and even then, you could barely even move.) Psychic Blades: Similar to Garuda's old concept 4th ability. Drains 5 energy per second while in use, can go lower using Duration or Efficiency mods. Levitate around with many psychic blades surrounding you, increased movement speed of 1.50 (Can be affected by Movement speeds mods), base range of 10m. Spend more energy (10 energy) to increase the range + damage (up to 20m and 100% extra damage). Once either energy runs out, or you manually toggle off the ability, Nyx shoots the blades at nearby targets. (Reason: I feel like this new ability fits more with Nyx's psychic background. It makes her a lot more mobile, and it could synergise amazingly with her new Chaos change.)

Atlas needs a serious buff to his petrify and the rockwall needs to be replaced with something else

Grendel and Nyx are my go-to frames for disruption. Both have a lot of space on their builds, which I use for the gladiator mod set to massively buff Stropha's crit chance. Grendel is also just a really solid frame; I've been using him for ages, effectively as Inaros with shield gating.

A more fair question would be: which frame is the most niche

I’m personally of the opinion that there isn’t a frame that’s just vastly worse than others. I feel like it’s a specific type of frame that is struggling to keep up with its peers, that being the older control-focused frames. Especially with Overguard now in the picture, it really limits their effectiveness. Again, not saying that these frames are necessarily bad, just that they need some attention.

Ouch, my favorite playstyle is using the staticor and atlas and be a human explosion as i move along the map. Breaks every container, and if it doesnt break, i find an ayatan. Used to be oberon, but the new knockdown mechanic ruined him. But atlas's passive made it possible again. So now he's my go to for exterminate and captures. For melee weapon exp and steel path spy, exterminate i go ivara, for farming i go nekros or hydroid if i can find a farming buddy. I guess its pretty situational too. After they removed raids, i havent used trinity.

it's been a minute since I've lasted played because i lost access to a console and now waiting on cross save but when I was playing I rarely if ever saw Ivara even the primed version. I'm not sure if it was grind for her and locked behind spy rotations but I absolutely loved Ivara taking her on all my missions because of the insane damage build i was working on with her dashwire air, navigator and artemis bow. She got better me when I grinded for Ivara Prime. She truly is my best right after Nyx and Mag. I wish she would get some more love. P.S. if anyone has good damage stealth builds let me know I want to make an assassin ish Ivara or any builds to improve her

Many non-prime frames are not worth the time you have to spend to farm them. Wukong is on the top because he is player friendly, mechanically-wise, and is super easy to get, just by the blueprints from your dojo. DE needs to stop putting frames behind some obnoxious farm walls for most of them just become helminth fodder.

I definitely WAY more than I should have for Hydroid Prime back when I started the game. He was vaulted, and I had to buy him off of someone who for sure gouged me for the price, but he is still to this day my favorite frame. I have his deluxe skin and everything. I just really love his aesthetic and his play-style, and I'll still use him for most casual content.

For me, the frame I love using IS Frost Prime. I got him from a twitch drop and I've enjoyed him ever since and he's my go to defense frame. I would use limbo more, but I don't have the proper mods for a good build for him since I prefer high efficiency over high ability strength.

I can assure you, that sometimes a Frame actually viability is not a factor in them being used. I got Grendel post-rework, and while I liked his gameplay, I still wanted to use his subsume on other Frames to open up more playstyles. And I could not, for the life of me, actually sit down and do those three Grendel missions ever again because, turns out, making a mission where all the progress you've made means squat by removing the use of all mods and even Spoiler Mode, is a frustrating experience that I don't want to go through again.

I'm actually surprised by some of these. I use Atlas Prime and Nyx Prime all the time.

Me who mains Atlas prime and enjoys having two rock men punch everything to bits:

Chroma, I do love using him especially using his 2nd and 3rd ability the dude can become a walking tank with the damage to match! BUT he could do with some looking at from DE..his 1st and 4th abilities are next to useless (unless you want the extra credits when popping your 4th) but that isn't exactly a useful feature. His 1st also barely does damage and limits you to a stupid degree! I think with Chroma he needs to be damage focused, he's a dragon after all and with the exalted weapons being a pretty popular thing turning his 4th into a exalted form kinda similar to Sevagoth would be a sick start!

Hydroid, has been like 6 months since I have seen a Hydroid in a mission

btw forgot to say but sevagoth is one of the best and i mean the best warframe in the game if you experiment with him you can make so many build because he can be modded with 3 items ( sevagoth himself , his ghost form , and his ghost form the claws ) so idk why people don't use him

Hydroid is FIRE imo, he goes invulnerable as the puddle that does good dmg and can stay there forever if built right, He can shoot tentacles and casts all other abilities as the puddle, His ult is great for CC and does good dmg also pilfering swarm makes it amazing for farming. his rain. CCs and does damage. Thw only usless ability he has would be his little wave that has literally no purpose but if you replace that with an subsumed armor strip especially something like pillage where you can go puddle pop it then have insta shields=god mode.

Man, I like Atlas, but he's just so awkward to build in a way that doesn't immediately run out of energy and/or die. The viable damage build looks something like Path of Statues (maybe with Rubble Heap - you're losing 2 mod slots though) with Zenurik and some kind of subsumed armor strip. I'd recommend Styanax's subsume ability: it's cheap, fast, hits multiple foes, strips armor, and its heal can help you keep building rubble even after taking damage. You know, because rubble _heals like 50 HP instead of giving bonus armor_ if you're not at max health, while also _not pausing the bonus armor's decay._ Fun. If you've figured out how to run Path of Statues and Rubble Heap without instantly dying, you can run Naramon for easy max combo (I think this is still a thing) or Unairu for easy armor strip and subsume something else. Voruna's subsume ability might be useful, since you can keep your health topped up to maximize rubble gains while also having a semi-reliable source of energy orbs until you hit 1400 bonus armor and _become god._ The meme build, on the other hand, involves disregarding any concept of 'fun' or 'gameplay' and instead using Ore Gaze alongside a Khora with Pilfering Strangledome (or a Hydroid with Pilfering Swarm if you'd prefer to suffer) and that Nekros you enslaved back in 2014 for his Desecrate to triple-dip bonus enemy loot drops. Run that one amalgam mod for the Ripkas to guarantee your slash damage will cut enemies in half for double Nekros drops. You can bring an Ivara if you want to quadruple-dip, I guess. Ivara gives a chance for a bonus drop, Ore Gaze gives up to a 75% chance for a second bonus drop, Khora/Hydroid gives another chance for a bonus drop, and Nekros gives two more chances for bonus drops. Oh, and Atlas can subsume Petrify, so he doesn't even need to be there. Got it? I will admit it's been a while since I've run Atlas, so who knows if this is still accurate. I'm 100% confident that his 2 and 4 abilities are still completely useless, in the very least.

Atlas Prime is my go to Tank frame. I use him against sister, liches, and Archons. I removed Landslide for gloom. Combine that with Hunter's Adrenaline and he's nigh unkillable. but the frame i think would make the worst, with how little i see and use, Would be Caliban or Gyre. Seeing as Yareli was already mentioned.

Nyx is one of my favs, so is oberon, and I think the ol' goat could use some more attention, however with the armor strip changes at least he can do more than be a glorified support in steelpath. Limbo is one of my favs. Once the gigabrain superchad is now kinda just alright. A very involved play-style for diminishing returns. Idk, maybe if they made banish have armor strip?

I think the issue with a lot of warframes that have lower usage is that why use them when you could use xyz other warframes. Like the only thing hydroid has going on is his tentacles but so many better cc options exist. Grendel is fun but still requires a lot of managing keeping buffs up and having enemies in his belly. Like why go through all that effort when you could play wisp and set up a reservoir and give buffs that are way easier to access and in some cases more practical. I feel like a lot of warframes are one trick ponies that can do some impressive stuff in a vacuum but when you look at the bigger picture there are just some more efficient options

I haven't touched forst in years. Always use limbo with a small bubble for mobile defense missions. I actually have trouble recalling why we used Frost with the biggest bubble possible when he was first released. I remember it was unbreakable but idk after that

Wait if they nerfing on which is mostly used frame or weapon doesn't that make it dis satisfaction to the players and overtime make them quit ? Isn't is that happening for few years now ?

1 problem I have noticed about limbo specifically (even though the majority of people hate him) that for some odd reason elemental damage like fire and magnetic can harm limbo regardless if he is in the rift or not when according to the rules of the rift when limbo is in the rift nothing outside of the rift should be able to harm which by this logic should include elemental damage like fire and magnetic how come elemental damage regardless if the elemental damage is coming from in or outside of the rift is like the rift's 1 weakness or is that error on their half which they didn't notice

A personal favorite of mine is Valkyr. I definiely can get joy from any frames, but I prefer some over others since Warframe is my go-to game for either farming to put something together or mess around and tear everything apart. Valkyr has day 1 been my favorite for up-close melee stuff. I personally just want her claws stance to get a slight rework. It feels more like punching than actual claws like how Sevagoth has. I always dread that other frames just do her job better with what we have in the game now, but being able to absolutely melt something with Hysteria is a massive dopamine rush no matter what. Warcry is great since it works with her melee focus and Paralysis actually got me to build around it with its augment, a sort of "gloom at home". I really just want her claws stance to be updated. Nyx is another, I don't fully know how to play her but she's still fun, and her fashion is great to mess with. Theres just so many options to toy with that I can't *hate* a specific frame, just sometimes disappointed or I don't feel their playstyle clicking.

Definitely think Yareli needs a little more consistency with merulina. Maybe some kdrives while in tileset changes but replacing merulina with reave is so fun. Hit aqua blades, bubbles (the damage increase applies to any enemy) ,then reave through everything. One shots level 100 Eximus Nox and anything that doesn't one shot dies to 8k slash procs. The goal is to get aqua blades damage to 2k, which also puts bubbles damage increase to 400%. Slap on all ability strength and efficiency for the spamming.

funnily enough i’ve been using nyx a lot lately and been really liking her. i use assimilate and pacifying bolts with pull subsumed. her 4 is just a “oh shit” button since 2 and 3 are usually enough to keep you safe, pull is there as a quality of life thing. shoutout to the one other nyx who recommended pull p.s. someone help my girl valkyr she needs a rework

I hardly see anyone using Ash, probably because people think he's all about the invisibility like Loki or Ivara, but his damage can be crazy. My favourite never-used, though, is Nyx. I used to main her, but since the Armour Strip rework, her Psychic Bolts don't get much use compared to a subsumed Shuriken, as that adds Bleed. Also, her invuln needs a bit of a boost, as it can get a bit hungry for that Energy after a while, and TBH, I think she deserves to move without it being an Augment. As for Chaos, it's basically Radiation status effect, and could deal with an adjustment to make it do something unique, like perhaps make enemies flee from each-other in terror, or pull out live grenades but not throw them, or make them attracted to environmental hazards... Her 1 could do with an upgrade, too, as so many Frames can enslave. Best suggestion I can come up with is that the slave acts like Wukong's Celestial Twin, backing-up your combat style, and perhaps let us hold 1 while it's under our spell to make it selfdestruct, Abe's Oddysee-style.

I’d be interested to see Wukong’s usage after nerfs. I can only assume a large part of that is prior nerf. But, I am a big Wukong user myself, not for anything AFK but for almost every daily mission I have to do. He’s just so much better at speeding through dailies. Sabotage, Spy, Extermination, Disruption, Rescue. It’s just quicker. I’ll leave you with this, if Wukong’s cloud walker was ever nerfed or removed, Titania’s usage would absolutely skyrocket. Edit here to say Wukong’s big advantage over other movement frames is he can carry things with him while using cloud walker, power cells, keys, whatever.

I say my Main frame needs some love since he got completely out classes and has a glaring draw back Oberon. The draw back being the main missions you'd want to bring him in Nekros is also there and Nekros' Shadows drain all energy from him making him in able to be more than HP and Armor
