​@@WildFenrirhe hijacked it and he got away. Wally needs the body back. For that he uses angels to tear the Albrecth Membrane to enter duviri and our realm thru the Undercroft. But I'm lost cause we can clearly see thay wally got to him in 1999 so we will see what DE cooks up.

"sad cat thing" has a line of dialogue after you finish the quest, where he wonders if Walley actually only wants companionship, but doesn't fully understand how we work, and that it's learning how to act from us and alberect. Which might be why alberect is the only other character in the game that we choose the dialogue for. Wally hasn't actually done anything *that* hostile. Rell only kept him at bay so we wouldn't be exposed to it, which would have 100% gotten the tenno wiped out if the orokin knew about Walley. Walley even helps us a lot, as in with the sacrifice quest, and New War leadup. We don't even really know what he was doing at the end of the New War, and his deal was just to let him watch us. Even when we *technically* went against his wishes in Whisper in the Wall, he seems more excited than mad.

Simple, it's a reference to "The Sacrifice" - Look up "To Take Its Pain Away" and rewatch the sequence with Excalibur Umbra
