No, the Alliance started war at Stormheim when they attacked the Horde ships from a Gunship. Because gaymane has been trying to convince the Alliance, the Horde are monsters because of the loss of his weak son. And the Horde is just like wtf? But this time the Horde will make a end to the Alliance once and for all now there is a Warchief who dares to take steps.

I wonder what drives the blood elves to stay with the horde and what the highmountain / nightborne thought of the burning of teldrassil. The night elves will have their revenge. Lordaeron will be ours once again. And unlike your bloodthirsty "warchief", we will not butcher innocents in order to do so.

Well, you are right, of course :) But if you listen again to Shaping of the World, you'd hear a theme of Call to Arms rather often in one form or another. That was the reason it reminded me of that song. On the other hand, some parts for me are more like SOTF than CTA, e.g., 03:07-03:13.
