Kind of interesting game, SM actually dominated in T1 but Eldars are pushing back hard in T2 and crippled the marines in T3. Almost the opposite of the usual Eldar vs SM match

4:40 2 squads of Rangers shoot at lvl 1 scouts 3 times, no model loss, the scouts toss 1 made 2 rangers dead on the spot, what a shit unit rangers are

scouts where in heavy green( cover) which significantly reduces ranged damage taken from the opposite direction of the cover

they got healed and the die last sergeant may have taken some hits also because the scouts were in a line, the rangers are more likely to shoot at different models from what ive heard current rangers are doing pretty ok, and the change to multiple rifles has made ranger spam easier to play against, while pairs of rangers should still be useful in the right situation we'll keep gathering feedback over time as this is a unit that was contentious for quite a while

SM lost because they barely bought any units in t2, just a single razorback and a las dev. They were winning t1 then took their advantage and threw it away by letting the eldar get bashes off by just not getting units in t2 and trying to tech t3. kudos to the eldar team for recognizing that and applying massive pressure in t2

No. SM just got outplayed. Eldar units are super fragile and SM did not capitalize on that. It doesn't help that they went double techmarine and had no force commander to bully positions.

we (the sm players) did get outplayed though imo. lots of mistakes where made on my end alone so I dont think eldar are too strong, Id say they are a bit weaker than sm at the moment :)

Public service reminder. 1. All faction strength, weakness, unit abilities, stats are designed to work in 1v1 settings. 2. All modes of game share same unit stats and technically cannot be made to have different stats. When changing one, it affects all others. Only one mode can be balanced as a result. 3. Elite Mod is a 1v1 balance mod. Team games are not considered when patching. 4. In a teamgame, each faction is a tool, a part of a combination as a team. There is an OP/UP combination but not an OP/UP faction. 3 same faction teams are always easily countered.
